Kathlyn and Jay (owners) are by far the sweetest humans and treat every customer like family and all of the techs are so friendly. I'm moving to Omaha but will continue to drive here because it's definitely worth it.

My daughter and I have been going to Bliss Nail Spa for the last 4 years. We tried several places when we moved to Lincoln, but we both like Bliss the best. Everyone is friendly and they do a great job. We usually get dip on our nails and they look amazing. I would recommend making an appointment because they are often busy. They are able to recreate any designs we find online. Highly recommend!

Came in June and Kathlyn did an awesome job on my dip nails. She did the whole thing in 30 minutes and it was just right—not too thick or lumpy. It’s rare that I get dip done without my nails feeling thick, so she knew what she was doing. I will say that I usually have to wait 30-40 minutes here even with an appointment, but they still do great work. It just depends on which tech you get!

I’ve only ever left 1 bad review in my life this marks the 2nd. Amy provided me the most uncomfortable pedicure on Saturday. It’s Monday and my toes are throbbing she used the cuticle clippers so aggressively, while sanding off my shellac she let the drill roll over onto my skin & while using her hand file to get the edges of my nails she was actually mainly on skin. I showed my friend my toes today where you can clearly see small cuts all around most of them. She seemed like she was in a hurry the moment she saw customers walk in that she recognized. Maybe if you aren’t her regular you get treated like I did. Since my experience I’ve told almost every single girl I talk to about the experience I had. The owner gave me 20% off as if I’m ever going back. The only thing you can do for me is have a conversation with Amy how this isn’t the way you treat clients or better yet fire her if this is a recurring issue. Either way I’m letting everyone know stay away from Amy when it comes to getting pedicures especially if you aren’t one of her regulars.
