Today is August 4, 2024. It's 5:03 pm EST. I usually have great service at this Great Clips location, but today was a very different experience. When I arrived at 4:50 PM, there was only one child getting a haircut from Michelle, who I was told is a traveling stylist for Great Clips. I asked Michelle if she could fit me in, and she said they were closing in five minutes. I suggested that they were closing in 10 minutes, and she responded with an attitude. She told me she would get somebody else to help. Luckily, Lizzie, who is awesome, ended up cutting my hair. Lizzie did an amazing job and finished before Michelle. Lizzie was done cutting my hair before Michelle. So I thanked Lizzie for getting me done promptly, and that's when Michelle made a comment stating that “employees have family members to be with”. I was taken aback by Michelle's disrespectful abruptness towards a customer who she did not service. I've been a long-time customer who frequently visits this location. Although I am disappointed by her extremely rude behavior, I will continue to visit this location. Nevertheless, it is important for Great Clips to address Michelle's attitude and extreme unprofessionalism, as it gives the establishment a bad reputation. Michelle needs to improve her customer service skills, her respect for customers, and her respect for her employer or be terminated.

use to love coming to this location great haircuts for a low price but they must've changed their staff because I got my haircut from a lady I've never seen in there before today and I asked for half an inch all around. I have a curly mullet and I asked for the back to have a bit extra length off because the last time I went, they just didn't cut a lot off. she didn't section my hair off at all and the cut is SUPER uneven all the way around. I literally have two different haircuts on the sides of my face. Plus, she decided to give me layers on the top which effectively killed my curls and she did so without asking, and only telling me about it until after she had done it. got this haircut for my first day at a new job and I will be having to go somewhere else to get it fixed. super upset with how it turned out and would not recommend this location anymore.

I've been a client of Great Clips for years! This is the best of the 3 local shops I've used. Always clean, staff is friendly and never a long wait. Morgan has been cutting my hair for over a year; stying it my way, not how she thinks it should be!☺️

My 3yo son and I got haircuts here four days ago. Both haircuts were good and fast. My haircut was better here than in many other, more expensive places that I have tried. I will probably be back, because it is rare to find things that are good, fast and cheap. Thanks for running your shop well.

I have visited this Great Clips numerous times for myself and my 2 daughters (9 and 12), and they always do a great job with our haircuts! Today my 9 year old was sent home from school because she got a toy stuck in her hair while playing "hair salon" during indoor recess. I thought for sure it would have to be cut out, but Great Clips got us right in and the woman we saw was able to get it out without cutting or damaging her hair. We are so thankful!

Friendly hair stylist. when using the online service I am able to be seated quickly and with a smile. Great job on my haircut.

Today I visited the Hamilton Quarters Great Clips. I know this location has been having a hard time staying open because of staffing shortages. My hairdresser today was Kaitlyn. I told her I wanted about 1/2"off, not "skinned". The notes from my last cut said I liked and have had clippers used on the back in the past. She asked me if thats what I wanted and I told her "yes". She proceeded to just cut with scissors , which I didn't think too much of, but when she had finished with the scissors, she proceeded with her clippers and completely cut my ears out, immediately after I had told her not to take anything off the sides! She totally didn't listen to me and did as she pleased. I will never go back to that location!

Best experience I ever had today, I brought my son in to get a hair cut from Katrina… I told her what I wanted and she delivered!!!!!! Best hair cut he had and she was very nice! I recommend her and we will definitely be back.
