The ONE time we take my bonus daughter to get her hair cut, a quick trim was all, 45 mins before closing, 2 people almost done with their hair and NO ONE on the waiting list. Tell me why we were turned away with 2 workers there. I truly understand how it is to close but closing procedures should be started at the closing time. Hope turning away 1 10 minute trim, and a good tip was worth losing a family of 4s business because we will not be returning

Was very good with my knees who is on the spectrum and very nervous around people she was already nervous because it was her first haircut and the girl who cut her hair was amazing with her Wanted to edit my review to say that while we were getting my niece her first hair cut she left her teddy bear well her mom took her back today for a hair cut before her graduation tomorrow and they still had her teddy bear put up waiting for her all these months later

I went here two times now within 3 months and I have told them what I wanted which was a 2-1 fade. don't touch the top of my hair the first time which was a few months ago they cut my hair to where Ihad nothing on my head and I went today and gave them another chance and they don't touch my bangs but before I could say anything about it I had a cowlick cut into the back of my head so I'm not going back there again

I've tried so many places to get my haircut & have only found 2 places I like. One is an hr away from me & the other is Stacey here at Great Clips. She does a phenomenal job every time & she's a good conversationalist. There's never really any weird, awkward silences in which I appreciate lol.

Tall lady with thinning hair cut my hair. I've been going to Great Clips withamsville for 15 yrs. Never an issue. Unfortunately I had to go back to withamsville to get it fixed right after. Never going back and it's in my new town

All the girls in here are very nice. Some have more skill than others, but my biggest complaint is the music. We have kids in here all the time and their music doesn’t leave out cuss words, provocative language, and inappropriate lyrics. Very disappointed in the choice of music and what’s allowed to be played.

My son is picky about his haircuts! We walked In was helped right away. The girl made him feel comfortable and helped him describe exactly what he wanted done to his hair. He was happy and done so quick that I was outside taking care of a business call and he was already waving me in ! Loved it!
