I usually like to leave positive reviews and support small businesses, especially women-owned ones. This was only my third time getting artificial nails, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a great experience. The salon got me in right away, which I appreciated, but I was advised to soak off my previous set and apply a full set of Gel-X. Later, I realized this wasn’t the best option for me and felt more like an upsell than a personalized recommendation. The design I chose looked pretty at first, but the nails were applied with a domed shape that left visible gaps where water and debris collected. On top of that, when I called ahead on a Sunday to confirm their hours, I was told no appointment was needed. I arrived just before 2:00, well before closing, only to be turned away because no one was available to do my nails. After paying nearly double what other salons charge, this was very frustrating. I ended up finding another salon with great reviews, and the difference was night and day. The technician there gave me the most natural, seamless nails I’ve ever had, for half the price. If you’re going to be the most expensive salon in the area, the perks are nice, but the quality of work and customer service need to match. Sadly, this salon has lost my business.

Was a walk in since I was in the area. The staff here was great no issues with the staff would give a higher rated for them But I definitely should NOT have walked out with my nails looking the way the do paying full price for them. I have no problem tipping and paying for great work but it just looks sloppy, rushed, and not even. This is my gel manicure for $43. The manager said I can come in and get them done but I don’t want to go back after my first time experience. Might have to dispute this one with my bank.

I don't leave reviews often but it leaves a bitter taste in my mouth when I pay a premium price for a service and leave with a messy paint job. When I got into the light outside I noticed that my big toes looked off. There was residue polish on the sides of my toe and cuticle area. On my other big toe a spot was missed and now it looks like my toe shape is curved and incomplete. I'm not an expert but I also believe that gel polish isn't supposed to touch the cuticle to reduce lifting. It felt like a very mundane thing to correct as everything was cured already and I had to go to work after. They should not have let a client leave the chair with a job like this to begin with. I got a gel pedi last month and I can noticeably see the difference in the attention to detail, I decided to try a new salon today because I always felt rushed at my old salon but their work was great. At this new salon everything up to the paint job was amazing, the works were polite but it fell short when it came to the actual polish. I hope future customers can have a different experience than me.

I've been 4 times now, and each time I've had a great experience. Abby and Giselle both give great gel manicures; both also very good at doing nail art. Giselle also does a great dip manicure. Abby's pedicure was awesome. I've never had a manicure last as long as it had with these ladies. Will continue to come here!

Since moving from the Bay Area 8 years ago, I’ve struggled to find a good nail salon that truly met my expectations—until I found this one. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere and vibe are welcoming and top class. The entire team is friendly and professional, and Ian is an absolute gem! He consistently gets it right every single time. His attention to detail and mastery of his craft are truly impressive. I’m so happy to have finally found my go-to spot. Highly recommend!

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I call and request to see if there is availability for today they say yes. I come and I am serviced by two nail tech at once. I requested a particular base color and showed them an image of what I wanted. By the end of it all I was flipped to another nail tech and the other nail tech had told me that what I wanted was not possible due to the base not being done properly. I requested to see if it could be fixed and they wanted to charge me again to fix it. To give some context the first images base is what I wanted and the second image is what they gave me. As someone who is coming here for the first time it was a horrible experience to say the least.

I had an amazing experience here. It was my first time trying nail art and my first time booking at The Polish Lounge. Amanda was my nail technician. She did an amazing job, made sure it was exactly what I wanted, didn’t rush at all, and gave the best nails I’ve ever had. Update: went back a second time and had an amazing experience once again with Amanda. This is now my go to spot and I have never had such beautiful long lasting nails.

Edit below: Eden didn’t mani and pedi today and she was fantastic! Highly recommend! I spent $161.00 Edit update: the gold on my nails began to chip three hours after I got them done. But the next day four of my fingers the gold had come off over night. They did tell me to come in for their 7 day policy, unfortunately I’m not in the area anymore to get that done. I’m writing this on day 7 and the polish on one of my fingers is half chipped off. So unfortunately I deducted two stars due to the gold coming off same day and the polish chipping already

Beautiful nails here! Came in last minute to Jessica and Ian and they helped my sister and I before our vacation. Super nice and gentle. Best nails in the area 🤩 💅🏻
