Salem Color Nails

I have now been using Salem Color nails for about a year. I am still consistently happy with the quality and duration of how long my nails last. Easily 3-4 weeks without ever an issue with their Dip. However; I truly dislike that they advertise on their instagram all these photos of amazing and creative designs and it’s simply NOT their work. Every time I ask for a design of slightly more complexity they try, but cannot do it or it’s mediocre so I end up with more basic; or another nail tech trying to do it. Another aspect I very much dislike is that they do not allow customers to Enjoy a pedicure. I’ve had my hands wrapped for my dip while getting my feet done so I cannot use my phone; or enjoy the massage as they are doing both at the same time. Lastly, I would not recommend them for kids. My 11 year old daughter’s nails or toes consistently fall off within 2 days when we do them for special occasions. Again; the quality of their dip nails Is GREAT, but the owner of this company needs to stop hiring people to take other photos from online and calling it their own. Alex is my normal go to, but I also have now officially used Holly for eyebrows and nails as well & she is usually the one to fix anything. Both great nail techs never cutting my skin, and really do a great job. Just limited in design. My hope with this review is for the owner to acknowledge and correct the false advertisement. The establishment is clean and lax, just limited to Color.

My daughter and I both had appointments today. Quinn did hers and Anna did mine. Best manicures we’ve had ever! I’ve had other experiences at other salons that have cut me, burned me, glued my skin to my nails, so I’ve done my own gel nails for years but decided to take my daughter out for girls night. They took their time, were meticulous, friendly and easy to communicate with. They did the cats eye gel polish. So pretty!! We will definitely return!

The salon is large and bright and very clean. I had a dip manicure and a spa pedicure. The pedicure was so relaxing, and the massage was amazing. I am very happy, and will go back again.

Jest moved to the area. Looking for a new salon. So many options around Salem but i decided to try them out. Holly was fantastic and fast! I had a picture and they are almost identical! This will be my new spot for nails. Very clean!

I was looking for a new nail salon and was so happy I came here! Amy took her time making sure my nails look prefect, she was more than happy to do a new design for me. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. Can’t wait to go back!

Great find in this small town! Pretty color options. They do a beautiful job and prices are reasonable!

Such a great experience, holly was so kind and patient with my 9 year old and accommodated us coming in close to closing with our a fuss we will definitely be back
