I thought I found a new nail shop but I was sadly mistaken. The first time I came, the service was amazing by a nail tech that’s no longer there. My nails came out extremely cute and lasted me a good month. For a v-tip, coffin set with pedicure, it was $132 & I loved my nails. Once she left, the service just went down hill. Second time I came, I found out she left. I came for a refill and pedicure that came up to $132 for a refill but changed my set to solid colors with 2 designs that I didn’t care for. My third/fourth visit was my final straw. The nail tech ripped my nails off instead of soaking them so my natural nails are extremely thin. After a week, my nail broke. I got the same v-tip coffin with pedicure as my 1st visit and the total came up to $163 but the quality of my nails were cheaper. I came back in today to get it fixed & I’m highly disappointed. My nail doesn’t even look like the others. The quality of the service and pricing don’t match. If the nail tech was still there, I would say it’s worth it but since she’s gone, it’s not worth it.
This is the best experience I’ve had at a nail salon in years!! I got exactly what I wanted! First the setting and vibes in the salon are ACTUALLY relaxing. Second the customer service is top tier. Third they go above and beyond to be helpful and accommodate exactly what you want and need. Lena did my nails and she was excellent, she helped me decide what I like and was very patient. In both nails and toe design I changed my mind and neither of the providers were upset, they just kindly changed my nails and kept going! I will definitely be back!
I haven’t had my toes done in maybe a year and was excited to finally be pampered after 9 months in my pregnancy. I initially went in for a regular pedicure which upon entering, I was told would be $15. Was offered gel for an extra $20. Awesome but I didn’t expect to pay much higher than what I was told initially. By the end, they were asking me for $60 in total. I’m not a rocket scientist but what I received was nowhere near worth $60 and in the end, I regret not asking more questions as to why they charged me so high and giving me a different price at the end of my service. I usually tip but I didn’t even have enough $$ on me to actually do so after the fact. Toes came out great but I won’t be returning as I feel I was scammed…
I walked in with a friend. Luckily caught them when they weren’t busy so we were attended to right away. Because we’re college students, we got a nice discount so I was able to go a little out with my nails. The end result was so cute. The staff here is professional and friendly. I’m definitely going to be recommending this place to everyone because they know what they’re doing and they’re very affordable. Can’t wait to come back!
I didn’t really want to write a review but I would like to prevent someone from the pain I’m experiencing. I came in for a soak off because I called ahead and asked if there was availability. I walked in and only one other customer was being served. I got worked on right away. The technician started to drill off my gel (that’s normal). Then she put my hands in acetone (also normal). One bowl of acetone was burning hot but I decided to ignore it. About a minute passes and the technician takes my hands out and dries it off with the paper towel and starts drilling even more. A soak off, normally, should involve the material to be drilled off a bit and then soaked off in acetone for a decent amount of time and then drill the remainder. I was probably drilled every 30 seconds. My hands barely sat in the bowl. I figured she was rushing? But then again, there was only one other customer in the salon. My natural nails are so thin now. You can see areas that are white and that are red. It actually is sensitive to even warm water. I only tried this place because it was convenient to where I was going. I paid $15 and a $2 tip. I left it at 3 stars because the technician was nice although my nails are hurting 😅 and the salon was fairly clean. Attached are images of my nails with visible red and white areas
French Nails was a wonderful first time experience. I enjoy meeting celebrity nail technician “Moon”. She did a beautiful job in my nails. She informed me about “Specials & Happy Hour” at the nail shop. Moon helped me find the best color that fits me. Hannah did a good job on my pedicure. I enjoy the lime, grapefruit, and the massage she gave to my feet and legs. Hannah made my toes look so nice and beautiful. Mrs. Tina was very nice she checked on me and asked he I was doing. I really enjoyed visiting French Nails today and will be back again. I suggest you come stop by French Nails for the amazing experience!!
Ugh, I truly hate writing bad reviews but it’s bothering me too much that I think it’s worth letting other patrons know. I had dip on my hands and shellac on my feet and requested a basic manicure and pedicure with a clear coat (after having to say this about 4 times). Because I was getting my hands done at the same time my feet was getting done, I couldn’t see what was really going on since the pillow that was used to prop up my arms and hands for the soak off. I know that my fingernails would have some ridges, so I’m okay with them, but my toes. There was still color left in them, the trim job is horrible as well as the paint job. I know I should’ve fully inspected before I left the premises but I was so tired and ready to get home. I stopped here since it was across the street from where I was doing some work, especially after noticing the 20% off sign. For take off and a basic pedicure, I am highly disappointed so just inspect the work before you depart.
THEY ARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! It’s a family owned nail shop, and by far the nicest and professional shop I’ve been to in a while!!! Cleanliest 5/5 Professional 5/5 Time 5/5 Communication 5/5 They are friendly and very nice unlike previous owners. The communication is very genuine. The time allotted for my session was very reasonable. My nails look great! Will definitely be back!
