Beautiful nails, but when I went up to pay they last minute decided to charge me an extra $5-7 dollars for no reason. While I was getting them done they tried to do the same thing to another customer. When I asked why, the lady said she’s doesn’t question her boss. They ended up only lasting 3 weeks when usually my nails last around 6 weeks from other places. Definitely will not be going back.

I came here for probably about a year and never really had a bad experience. Occasionally my nail artist would question my nail color choices or make little comments to me but for the most part I ignored it because she was doing a great job on my nails. All of my good experiences are completely overshadowed by the fact that I have been dealing with a fungal infection on my nail for almost a year since getting my nails taken off. I’ve gone to so many doctors and it is NOT something that is easy to treat. I watched countless times as the technicians pulled dirty utensils out of their drawers and didn’t wash hands between clients. Frequently if I came on time to an appointment but my nail artist wasn’t finished with her previous client, she would call me over so she could switch between doing both of our nails at the same time. I truly recommend going elsewhere. I didn’t think the cleanliness was that big of a deal until I got this horrible fungal infection on my nail that is super resistant to treatment. And my wedding is in a couple of months. It absolutely sucks and has ruined my self esteem and I think you should avoid this place like the plague. I’m sure they’ll read this and tell themselves that it’s my fault, I did something wrong. But I took great care of my nails, frequently washed my hands, and it still happened. It’s not a matter of IF it will happen to you. It’s WHEN.

I called in the morning to make an appointment and they told me to come 945 AM. I showed up on time and had to wait about 10 minutes til they seated me for a pedicure. An employee set me up and had me start soaking. After 10 minutes no one came to start the pedicure. I asked a few employees who would be doing my pedicure and everyone shrugged and called to the front and we were ignored. I got up from my chair went to the front desk and said, if you didn’t have time for me at 945 why would you tel me to come? She apologized and went to the back looking for someone to take me and no one was available. She told me to sit back down and wait a few more minutes. At that point my baby started crying (after 25 minutes in my arms she was getting restless). I got up and left. I will never come here again they are dishonest and inconsiderate.

Went with a group of friends and they graciously fit us in before closing. Acrylic set, gel manicure and dip manicure were all reasonably priced, done quickly, and looked great! While the entrance was not wheelchair accessible, employees were very helpful in accommodating a wheelchair and walker. Our nail tech went above and beyond- helping get my friend’s wheelchair off the curb, and even bringing her bag out to the car for her! We will definitely be back.

First of all, my first time here was amazing and I enjoyed it so much. Their pedicures are to live for and they pamper you so much at an affordable price. I don’t know who did my pedicure but he did an excellent job. I had Mai do a Crystal full set tips and she did an amazing job. I love my nails and I can’t wait to get a fill in.

I’ve NEVER had a bad experience here, but today was it. It was probably because it was a new lady, but she was not good. I got a gel manicure. I asked for a French tip, something that should be simple and easy, and Linda couldn’t paint it. It was not even and she tried arguing with me saying that it was the way my nail was shaped, but that doesn’t make sense because she just paints over it. I also showed the owner and she confirmed that Linda had painted it unevenly. I had Linda remove the French tips on the two nails she did and just paint over it. Even when I asked her to just do a solid paint over, she didn’t paint the side corners of my nail. And she even left those bubbles, so the nail doesn’t look smooth. I told the lady that sits at the front and checks people out and she correctly what I pointed out. She also did not shape my nails correctly. When I came in, one of my nails were chipped and she didn’t file it so it looked nice. All in all, I do not recommend Linda for any manicure service.

I was referred by a friend and I am glad I listened. I will not go anyway else to have my nails done! They truly care about their clients and accommodate them the best they can. You can really tell how much they enjoy what they do. I am very indecisive about what color to choose next, both Mai and Vi know me so well they always pick something that fits me and my style. They are two of the best people you will ever meet!

I have been going to Ocean Nails Spa since it has opened. I highly recommend this nail spa to all my friends and clients. V is amazing and heads up a warm and friendly team. They have a variety of services and keep up with the newest technics. They have state of the art pedicure chairs and televisions to entertain when you are not having a conversation with people around you. The team is very professional and talented. I'm always satisfied with results when I leave.

Best nail salon around! It’s clean... friendly... and they are very accommodating!! I love “Vi” (Vivian) .... been going to her for quite awhile! She’s a perfectionist and truly loves what she does! Mai, Ivy, Mercedes, Marlene, and the rest of their staff are all truly great!! I highly recommend this salon to all!!

Mai & V have really turned this place around. They make you feel welcome when you arrive and try to accommodate you as best as possible when making your appts! The punch card when paying cash is a great perk to get a percentage off for repeating customers. Thanks for making my hands & feet beautiful Mai!
