10/10 - exquisite experience — highly recommend! From the moment I was seated, I was wined and dined on. I brought a nail inspo. picture along with me, and the outcome was even better than the original design I said I wanted in the beginning. Wait-time was little to none; we’d been taken care of almost immediately upon arrival. My nail tech was Henry and I will be returning for his services in about three weeks. Pricing was typical for manicure services; I left a $4 tip in addition to my service charge. Atmosphere presented with the utmost cleanliness and the overall experience was very pleasant. North Shore Nails provided excellent quality care. A++ satisfactory rating! This happy customer will be returning 🤗 •••Taylor

Never mind any other past experience. I’ve never had a bad one here, and today meant something more to me. I’ve been derived here for over ten years and the staff always do a beautiful job. Today, I did something completely abnormal, and went ahead with another woman’s idea. (Yeah yeah… I’m a copycat) lol but Kayla was perfect! Her daughter was perfect! My youngest daughter was serviced as well, and Bella treated her like a princess! I love this place and would recommend to anyone no matter the location, no matter the prices! Thanks Kayla for doing a wonderful job!

Our family stopped in for last minute nails before a concert and we couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. Attentive and professional service in a laid back calming atmosphere. Did great on my wife’s nails as well as our 5 and 8 year old daughters. Definitely deserve all the Nextdoor awards they have posted on their door!!

My nails came out beautiful. I chose a dark color, and I liked that they applied it very close to the cuticle — often salons don’t, and it bothers me, but here it was done perfectly. The work was very gentle (I’m super sensitive), and everything looks neat and clean. For my taste the nails are a bit thick, but overall I’m very happy.

I’ve been coming to North Shore Nails for years, and it’s truly my go-to salon in Shorewood. One of the things I love most is how available they are for walk-ins—such a convenience when I need a last-minute service. Henry is absolutely outstanding! He’s so meticulous with his work, and I especially appreciate his massage technique—it’s always the highlight of my visit. Andy and his wife Kayla are also wonderful. They’re both so friendly and accommodating, and they make every guest feel welcomed and cared for. Whether it’s a quick stop-in or a relaxing appointment, the entire team makes the experience enjoyable every time. Highly recommend!

My new favorite nail salon in Milwaukee! I didn’t a walk-in and didn’t have to wait! Very clean and the nail techs are very attentive with nail prep. My gel x turned out so clean and pretty! Super great prices. Love it here!!

I’ve been going here for years. But recently the service has been subpar. They have started rushing through services not fully painting nails or making sure they are even. Even the pedicures are starting to take 25 minutes when I’ve paid for a full service. I understand wanting to finish if it’s a bit busy but it’s become like this even when there is no one in there.

Kayla killed it! She was so sweet and meticulous! I'd definitely recommend seeing her. ☺️ Everyone there was very nice as well. They all work well as a team!
