Great Clips

I have been going to only this Great Clips location since 2020. I have never had any issues great service and friendly employees. This last Wednesday the 6th I came in to get my hair cut and the woman who cut my hair said she needed me to stand while she sat in the chair to cut my hair because I have long hair. I thought it was a little unprofessional but no big deal (I have had very long hair for years and they have never had an issue cutting my hair sitting down like normal). After about 10 minutes I did let her know I would need to have a seat because I was feeling light headed and clammy. (I had just left from having a medical procedure done and came to get my hair cut but I did not expect to be standing so I figured I would be fine.) She seemed a little annoyed and made it clear that she had not one minute to wait. (She first asked if I needed a minute when I told her yes she said it would hold up her schedule.) Mind you when I came in about 10 minutes earlier there was a ZERO minute wait. She did say she usually works at another location (21st Street) which I would definitely avoid, I usually love Great Clips but I may look for somewhere else to get my hair cut from now on.

I have been getting my hair cut at Great Clips for about two years now. I have had several different stylists and always request the same cut. Understandably, the results vary, with different levels of quality and overall satisfaction. However, the cut I received from Alexa yesterday at this location was, BY FAR, the best one yet. The speed with which she trimmed my hair and the accuracy of the taper were phenomenal. I haven't found a single spot that needed a touch-up, which is something I almost always have to do when I get home. My hair feels so smooth that I can't stop touching it! She trimmed it a little more "military style" than what I normally get, but I like it! Thank you, Alexa! From now on, I will wait for her every time!"

This location always does great! Both the manager and assistant manager show care and empathy when talking with other customers. They welcome you right away and they have product in stock to purchase, even got 20% off today on some shampoo. The mobile check in always has a long wait the company should redo the app.

Love the online check in and aprox wait time. Affordable and friendly. I get a very basic hair cut high and tight and they always make it look good.

I went to get my hair cut and sat down in the chair and was told I had bugs in my hair she just glanced over my hair btw tried to show me in the mirror but took it away before I could see so I panic the stylist told me If I had state insurance the lice clinic would be able to help me but I don't so I went to dillons and got a box of lice shampoo go home start combing my hair no lice or nits found I check my kids hair nothing my husband's hair nothing so not only was I humiliated in the salon with alot of people waiting but I wasted my time and my money on this when my assumption is that she didn't want to cut my hair because it was going to take a while because my hair was long and I wanted a short stacked asymmetrical bob and the waiting list was super long so I went to the derby great clips and what do you know no lice found and they did a great job!! Not this place dont go here!!!!

Customer service was great thought everything looked alright got home did my hair and that's when I seen how horrible it looked. I ended up having to go get my hair fixed and ended up with my hair way shorter then I wanted it. I ended up cutting a total of 9 inches off after getting my hair fixed 😭

Highley recommend Alexa for a haircut , very professional and courteous, I can count on getting the cut I want every time, a valuable asset for the company.

It's sad that people can check in and not show up for 90 minutes and walk in and be first in line. There should be a limit on signing in early. I will never use your salon again.

After waiting 2 hours, we were called back, then told the stylist could do my son’s haircut and told we would need to get back on the waitlist.

I recently visited this salon with my son and we both had fantastic haircut.Michelle and Kassie were very friendly and the salon system is very efficient. It is clean and neat place that delivers excellent service. Highly recommended!
