I recently moved to Eastmark AZ and I have been in search of a new nail salon. I decided to give this place a go until I can find someone that I like and this is definitely NOT the place. My technician was either blind or just didn't care about the quality of her work. My cuticles were chopped off and the sloppiness of the overall polish was just nasty and dirty. The environment can also use deep cleaning. If you’re going to run a business such as a nail salon, make sure to clean the station after each client. I found previous clients' nails on my chair. Dust and crumbs all over the place. You can clearly see that this place has never been cleaned in the last year or so. I’d highly recommend the owner take a good look at the people they’re hiring to provide services to paying customers and hire a cleaning crew to clean this place daily because it is filthy. I would never go back to this place. It is just a waste of money and my time.

I started going to Power Nails & Spa when my favorite manicurist (Kim) started working there. I've probably been 5 or 6 times now, and every time has been an excellent experience. Kim is truly the best: she's professional, friendly, and extremely talented. My nails have never been healthier or looked better. When I first started seeing her, she helped me break out of my comfort zone and try new colors and styles. I always get compliments on my nails, and they last forever. I can easily go 4 weeks between services. Power Nails is clean and relatively spacious, and the prices are fair. If you're looking for high quality, reliable service at a reasonable price, then go see Kim at Power Nails!

First time here. Was looking for a great nail salon closer to home. Felt well taken care of and love my nails and toes!

I went in on Sunday to get a takeoff and a new set. I showed the lady the design I want it however that is not what I got the nails were sloppy. They were lumpy. She didn’t even like file them down. They were crooked and when I did tell the lady, I did not like them a second lady proceeded to come and try to fix the Nails as well. However, I was still nice about the situation. At this point, I just assumed The ladies that were working, just didn’t care however, my first two experiences were wonderful in there and I do believe it was a taller lady that worked On my nails and my mom’s nails, the first two times we came in there and I did not catch her name either but she was wonderful and I was hoping to come back and she would be there but she wasn’t however, the whole overall experience, I will not be returning!

First time back to a normal salon in about a year and remembered today why I stopped going to regular salons. They first treated me like I couldn’t pay for the pedicure I was asking for when I was verifying price I was told over the phone when calling 2 days prior to check the pricing of what I wanted. They continued to gossip and look at me and the friends I was with while getting our services done. then when came time to pay the first thing asked was “do you have cash for tip?” first of all as a service provider myself tips are not expected but greatly appreciated from my clients and never once have I asked them if they have money to tip me. I already had $10 tip in my hand ready to give her and for her to assume a tip was very rude in my opinion. Then my card declined so the main lady came over and asked if I could zelle and when I said yes she proceeded to walk around and stand right next to me while I zelled my payment as if i’d just leave. I’ve never done that and never had an experience as bad as this. Highly do not recommend if you want to enjoy your time getting a service done.

Nancy is amazing. If you’re into nail art Nancy is your girl. Every time is gorgeous. Every one is super friendly. The salon is not super beautiful but it is super clean and best mani/pedi you’ll ever get. Been going there for years.

My granddaughter and I had a great visit! She said if she could give you a 10 she would! She loves her pink sparkly toes!!!

I love Hannah and all the staff at Ombre! Everyone there is very friendly and professional. I'm always well received, even without an appointment. The dip manicure is always flawless, and the gel deluxe pedicure is very relaxing. I treat myself to the volcanic pedicure every once in a while, which I highly recommend!

I have been going to this location for over 10 years, since before it was Ombré. The technicians that have worked on my nails are always professional and friendly. They do an awesome job and I get compliments on my nails almost daily. I love it and won’t go anywhere else. Other salons I’ve used can never compare.
