Professio Nails

My first time at this salon was a great experience! Booked an appointment online with Summer. She was quick but efficient and clearly experienced. Throughout the appointment she asked if I was okay, and made sure I was happy with my nails. Will be returning!

I came in as a walk-in and was immediately pampered from start to finish. They didn’t just do a basic pedicure—my calf massage included a Turkish mitt exfoliation that left my legs silky smooth, followed by a real reflexology foot massage that melted away tension. They even worked on my wrists and elbows, which released so much stress I didn’t even know I was carrying. What blew me away is that right after my appointment, I went to play a round of golf—and not a single chip in my polish! The whole service was quick, efficient, and truly fantastic. The nail shape is perfect, and they nailed (pun intended) a neon shade with full coverage that so many salons struggle to achieve. Best value in town. I walked out feeling relaxed, looking great, and already planning my next visit. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful first-time experience here. Amy was wonderfully helpful and friendly, making sure I was comfortable, especially since I'm eight months pregnant. She was also thorough, checking in to make sure I got what I wanted and she did a beautiful job on my nails and toes. My husband and daughter also had a great experience, and we'll definitely be back!

I loved it, customer service was awesome, very welcoming. Amy did my full set and my nails were as she say very fancy, she’s so nice, I let her do what she wanted. I also received a Pedicure and I went to sleep for about three minutes Iren did her thing oh my goodness my feet felt so light with the massage. I told them both I would be back. Thank you ladies. The shop was very clean and nice.

I had my nails done horribly by another salon & came here for help an hour before they closed. I told them I was willing to come in the next day since it was a short notice but they took me in anyways seeing how upset I was with my nails. I should've taken a picture of what it looked like before but I wanted no memory of it! I feel bad for not getting my nail techs name that I was too happy to even ask but I will the next time I come! She did a good job reshaping & smoothing out the bumpy surface. Love the shape & the chrome color & the service is 10/10! Came as a walk-in & got seated immediately. Nail tech was kind & paid attention to detail so much that she made it better than the inpso photo!

This was my first time here, they were nice and welcoming. I had amy who did a French tip mani and she was really nice and we talked a little. She was also quick. Places I go to usually suck at French tips but this is a place I’d recommend.

Always very staffed, rarely anyone has to wait for service. They are quick and effective. Most of the techs do a great job on my acrylic fill. I recommend the deluxe pedicure. I’m a regular at this salon. ***Always ask price before agreeing though, chrome ended up being $10 extra last time I went.

This time it was a one star experience. The person who worked on me did fine, not great there is still gel on my toe… not my toe nails. But he had to go pick up the phone 4 times providing a 50min service. I understand that they have to but can’t someone else go…. Once in a while?? Another worker thought it was a good idea to throw trash (of course they did train the water) between my legs and into the pedicure bowl!!! This was during my service, me still sitting there! P.S. This was for my birthday gift for myself but you know but the experienced sucked… 5star for service 2 months ago Love the service. I go monthly to get a pedicure!

Updated 7/20– The owner reached out to me and asked me to come back in to have my nails redone by Amy, who did a great job and was so kind. I appreciate the follow-up and time to redo my nails! Fourth photo is my nails after getting redone. My nail tech was very nice and did a good job on my cuticles and removal. The first photo is what i asked for and she said she could do it the design no problem, the 2nd and 3rd photos are what she did. The dots do not really look like flowers, are much bigger than what i asked for, and spread out all over my nails. They are a bit sloppy and the polish smeared and the placement is also all over my nail rather than the top third. I would probably go back for a plain manicure or even a pedicure but definitely not nail art. This was my first visit here and i would like to give it another shot but am definitely hesitant to return.

Thank you Amy for doing an amazing job on my nails! It was exactly how I wanted them! Amy has put a lot of effort and made sure my nails were neat and to my liking! I’m very happy with the results! In addition, this place has great service and everyone is very friendly. I will definitely be coming back here, it was a nice experience!
