Had one of the best cuts ever. I always have Stacy. She listens carefully to what I’m looking to walk away with and, without fail, comes through for me every time. She’s very good at what she has chosen for a job. I’d love to see her believe in herself a little more. She’s great!

UPDATE 5/10 Karissa knocked it out of the park once again. Same colors, different application. Karissa always does an amazing job doing my hair and picking the colors. I have had some of the other ladies do my hair and they've done a great job as well.

Not very happy with my hair . I told her to cut to the shoulder blade area because I wanted to keep it long but not as long as it was because it was to my butt and giving me headaches, I thought she understood what I meant by to shoulder blade area but after the shampoo she started to cut my hair and cut it above my shoulder which is short . I felt after she took off so much that I couldn't say anything because there was no way for her to fix it after she took it off so I let her finish the cut and paid and left , I'm not wanting her to be in trouble because the cut did come out okay and she was very professional and friendly but I'm not happy because it is to short and not what I really wanted to be began with

I went there to follow the only hairdresser I have ever found who actually cuts my hair perfectly. Karen is awesome. She is friendly and listens to her clients. I used to go there for her for years then followed her to another salon and was happy to find her at Smart Style again. My husband also prefers the way she cuts his hair.

In my experience, I have found Marissa to be among the few in this profession who truly prioritizes her understanding of what the client wants. She listens carefully, asks all the right questions, and delivers to the fullest in a careful yet-efficient way. Better yet; on my second visit, she even remembered what I had asked for during my first haircut with her several weeks prior. I’d give six stars, if I could.

So I'm not great with names but smaller blonde hair girl. She was nice and did good with lining up my beard and kept asking if everything was good before moving on. Gentle and communicated well with a happy attitude. Also, I feel like I was very vague with details and she put it together well. She deserved her tip and was also very thankful for it! With my line of work it's hard to get into a barber as I usually do. But with it being walk in appointments here I was very pleased it came out well and was convenient

If you go to Smart Style Salon definitely go see Karissa. She is amazing. Out of many different salons she is the only one who can cut my hair right. I have about 4 cow licks in my hair and she knows how to cut them perfectly. Definitely go check her out!!!
