Service was fine but I did not receive the polish I requested. In fact, my toes are one color, and each of my hands are different colors. Really, 3 different polishes? That was just rude and not respectful.

She did it again! I had to share the wonderful work she does, this is a one person working shop. Ive been going to her for over a year and she always tries to make time for me. Since she is a one person shop, there has been a couple of times I had to wait or come back but her work is worth the wait. Every picture I've brought to her she has done. I've had many nail tech's thru the years in several states and she is the best Ive had so far.

I don’t believe my dip manicure was completed correctly. In less than a week (5 days to be exact), they began cracking & some have even chipped already. Rather disappointed. Pretty sure one round of UV light for 20sec on each hand isn’t enough to get it to seal like it’s supposed to and then last 2-3 weeks. Not worth the price at all. I’ll be going back to Hamilton Towne Center to Nails and Lounge after this experience.

If you’re looking for someone that does excellent line work on acrylics, clean eyebrow waxing, this is where you want to go. No frills, no thrills atmosphere but a great straight up positive personality.

I went in about 5 days ago and got a pedicure done here and 2 days after I left I keep feeling ruff spots on my heels of my feet and I thought just needed lotion no that wasn’t the case my feet were not full done. I have never had such bad experiences getting my feet done. I don’t recommend getting them done at this salon sadly.

There is nothing better than a nice pedicure. I’ve always been pleased with the service and at a reasonable price

I have been using this salon for awhile and love it. She is always awesome and does great work!

So I don’t know if it because of my skin color or what, went in here to get my nails done. I was the only person there first while I was talking to her telling her what I needed done somebody walk in and she went to attend to that person did a whole manicure while I was waiting. Next thing I know another person walk in and she went to attend to that person instead me. She did that to me the last time I was there did not take it serious let it slide now am convinced. SHE IS RACIST TOWARD BLACK PEOPLES. Sure toke my service somewhere.
