Trying a new nail salon can be super scary, but let me tell you they were amazing!! My nails look incredible, nail art is exactly what I wanted, and Sarah was so gentle and sweet. Will be back for her work again and again!!

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for three years now, and they have never once disappointed me. The quality of their work is always amazing—my nails come out perfect every single time. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Everyone is so incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. It’s rare to find a place that’s consistently great, but this salon truly delivers every visit. Highly recommend!

The service here normally is amazing. The people understanding and simply great. Today… I finally got sat with a nail artist I’ve been dreading. The guy with glasses and little to no hair in a Mohawk possibly middle age has no passion or even want to do his job and it REALLY reflects on his work. I had to practically beg him to file my nails into the correct shape he simply would dismiss me. There’s points where he left GLOBS of gel on the corners of the nail like how can you not do a good square? I left w some squovals some nails on a whole slant because he’s not someone you can talk too. I had to beg him to clean the underside of my nails which is standard and routine. I have gunck all over my nails I’ll never be accepting his services again and he doesn’t know how to use his drill he tore up my cuticles. I’ve never walked out of this salon disappointed or in dire need of a nail file until today

I had a great experience coming in as a walk-in. Got seated right away and my nails were done within an hour. Love my nails, they are so pretty! Thank you!

Had 11:00 appts, didn’t get seated til 12:15. Took until 2:30 to get us out of there. Only 3 workers with appointments out of the window. The guy was very friendly and nice, but his work doesn’t show his experience. Cut my cuticles in a few places as well as my mother’s, my color did not match up to the sample I looked at, the 2 middle fingers were supposed to be metallic, but looks nothing like a metallic polish. The polish doesn’t reach the edge of my fingernails on any of my nails. Some of them were also put on crooked. 🥴 This wasn’t a good nail experience. I would highly recommend Tip and Toe for any of your nail needs and desires! They’re great but they were just too booked up so we went here. I will not be coming to Luxury Nails for a mani again.

Horrible place. Not only did they put the gel nails on crooked but they charged almost $300 for 2 mani/pedis. Since the pedi my toes are painful and they cut them so short they still hurt. As you can clearly see they are not done right. And as you can see by her message they only planned on repolishing and not redoing the nails that they messed up.

Loved the color and how fast I was able to get them done walking In. The woman who did my nails this time was amazing!

I absolutely love this place it did not take too long for the design that I did,I thought it would take at least half an hour but it didn’t and I absolutely recommend this salon I loved my experience!

I went in to get a full set of acrylics. This was my second time here. The first time they also did not do well, however it was Easter so we chopped it up to them being overwhelmed and we would try them again. We went in with an appointment this time and right when I sat down the woman was just rushing. After she glued on the nails the thumb was sideways so I asked her to fix it. She was irritated, but she fixed it. I wanted an almond shape and she seemed like she knew how to do it….oh was I wrong. My nails looked busted, they were all different shapes (not almond) and ontop of it she charged me 70.00…I have never paid that much for nails and I have had my nails done in CA for 10 years with 100% better quality. After I told her how upset i was with the quality she decided to give me 15$ back… but the best part was she told me that my nails are not shaped correctly because “MY FINGER IS CROOKED”. I died laughing. She also said I was too picky. Honestly worst service, will never come back. She would not allow me to speak to a manager and now I have to go pay somewhere else to fix it. They only call this place luxury nails because of the price. This is a rip off and they do not treat customers well.

I’ve been getting my nails done on and off for the last three years, and I have never had a bad experience. High quality service and results, and the pricing is very fair considering their skill level. As a dancer, my feet especially need proper nail and skin maintenance, and they always leave me feeling refreshed and clean.
