Posh Nails

I am a licensed nail technician, I'm very upset about the service my sister-in-law received here. I do not live in Arkansas or I would have done the service myself. She came in solely for a soak-off, but the technician dug into her natural nail, leaving her nails thin, damaged and sore to the touch. The redness in her nails is a clear indication of over-filing, not only taking off layers of her natural nail but drilling completely into the nail causing the crack. This level of carelessness is alarming and falls far below the standard of care any client should expect. Proper soak-off techniques should never compromise the integrity of the natural nail. Your nails should NEVER hurt. Please speak up if something feels uncomfortable or hurts. I strongly advise others to consider these issues before booking an appointment.

So glad I’m popped in on a whim for a pedicure! Even though I was a walk in, they were able to accommodate me immediately at 2:30 on a Wednesday. Polish selections were plentiful and good quality. The massage chair was fantastic - the massage mechanisms were not small, weak, and pointy like other pedicure chairs - these were larger and round with perfect pressure. Nicole was my technician and did an amazing job - so relaxing and the polish looks perfect! She also spoke with me enough to be personable, but not so much that I couldn’t kick back and relax. She was also very easy to talk to - so sweet and helpful as well. I could tell she truly cared about my experience. Everything was also very clean and sanitary. The only thing I found odd was how all their cleaning products were all stored on the bathroom shelf between the toilet and the sink. But I suppose at least they use them. I don’t get my nails done very often, but I will certainly drive across town for Nicole at Posh next time!

I had such a wonderful experience getting my pedicure with Shannon! She was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive to detail. The entire service was relaxing from start to finish—my feet feel amazing, and the polish still looks flawless. Shannon created a calm, clean environment that made it easy to unwind. I’ll definitely be booking with her again. Highly recommend!

David is the best nail tech/dip nail artist I’ve ever gone to. Dianne (I think is the ladies name) is so sweet. Every time I call, they get me in exactly at the time I wanted. So glad I stopped going to the large nail place down the street and tried this one. Much better quality and paying less than I was paying before! The photo of my ombré nails was taken right after I left…. David used some techniques I had never seen before and made sure they were perfect. I was so impressed by the artistic process.

It was my first time there. Very clean. Kim did my nails, I wasn't able to handle the smell of regular acrylic nails, she offered to dip my nails. They turned out very beautiful. I love them and will now only go see Kim.

I have been a loyal customer of this shop for more than 20 years for a reason. They do such a great job with all their services and they are such nice people!

Shannon always does a great job-place is always very clean and everyone is very friendly! Shannon is wonderful but they are all great! You will not be disappointed! They do take walk-ins but best to make an appointment
