Adison at ultimate hair was the first of 3 hair salons I went to that actually matched my root touch w my hair. Not only that but she explained to me what she was doing with my hair and didn't just damage my hair w bleach more than it already was. Any issues I mightve had with the outcome she was willing to do what she could to make me happy.

Last minute decision to get a cut and Adison was nice enough to take me. First time we met and she knew exactly what to do (even though I didn’t). Very personable and professional. Highly recommend.

Worst nail job I have ever seen. This is a week after getting my nails done, and the paint looked this bad as soon as I walked out of the shop, she did not even let it dry. My three-year-old niece could do a better job painting nails then they can. I do not recommend this place at all. I suggest the shop that is two doors down from them. I called the next day to address the situation with the manager and she never called me back and never refunded my money. Terrible customer service as well as a terrible nail job

I retired 5 years ago and was to lazy to go get my hair cut, well my hair grew past my shoulders and was getting out of control I remembered that I used to go to Ultimate Hair while I was working and googled them to see if they were still around and they were so I went there today and Amy cut my hair and she actually remembered me from all those years ago, anyway she did a fantastic job I showed her a photo of how my hair used to look and she cut it exactly that way and added a few highlights to make it even better. So go there for your next hair cut and ask for Amy you will very satisfied that you did. Gregg

The owners have NO people skills whatsoever. They’re rude as hell and if you want something other than a traditional haircut or color they’re very judgy. This wasn’t the place for me and I will NOT return. If you have something in life that comes up and miss an appointment at all even with a courtesy call you’ll have to put down deposits.

They always make me feel so comfortable and work with me tremendously!

Scheduled an appointment - waited over 15 min & asked the lady at front desk to make sure she knew I was there - only to be told another 10 + more, as she was still painting nails ? ( most likely 20 min as drying & ringing her up) sad, no respect for time of a client. Will not recommend .

Emma was beyond amazing! She talks to you, gets to know you as a client and also a person. She's such a sweet soul! She had me looking so good for prom! Other staff were amazing as well. Clean place, kind people and great service!
