She cut my hair an inch shorter in some areas than others. The front had a length variance of 1.5 inches. When I asked her to fix it, she kicked me out of the store and told me never to come back. The worst haircut and service I have ever experienced. The employee was apparently the manager of the location too. I called corp. And they said the owner would be notified, I never heard back. Go somewhere else.

She was worried about his hair doing what we wanted we told her he'd had it before and that I was a former stylist. After we agreed on a 1 blade and only taking a small amount off the top things started off well. She had cut the top and was using thinning shears. I was even admiring her technique when she suddenly cut a substantial amount off the top. What we left with was a little over 2 inches on the right side and an inch on the left. I'm going to have to use a flat iron to curl the ends and tease his hair everytime he leaves the house to hide what she did.

Deserves zero stars. Name on receipt was Kaylee but not sure if that is who cut her hair or her sister’s, she had on black shirt, pink shorts, short ponytail blonde hair. Very rude from the start! VERY specifically asked for a tiny trim for 16 year old 1-2 inches MAX. She was shown and told multiple times. Should have been the easiest thing to do, not sure how you screw it up. The lady did NOT even wet her hair down, nor USED a comb. She chopped her hair off so fast the haircut was NOT even FIVE minutes!! She very carelessly chopped so fast nobody had time to react or stop her. It is very blunt and not at all blended it looks horrible. It was very uneven lots of straggles too.. Sweet lady Denise tried what she could to fix it but could only do so much when she did not want to cut anymore hair off. We measured when we came home and the First Lady cut EIGHT inches off her hair. I should not have paid a dime and would like a refund I should have asked for one then but couldn’t think straight..There needs to be someone there all the time monitoring these terrible cuts and terrible attitudes. Lady that did sister’s hair was very sweet, took her time, and did what was asked she was very tall short hair half up I would like to give credit to that stylist and Denise who cut the straggles off the 16 year old and tried to stop her from crying over her hair. Below are before and after pictures. Of course the after you cannot tell how uneven it really is and how blunt not blended it is but it shows how much was cut off. You will have to enlarge the first photo to see how long it was, that picture was a few months ago too, so her hair was even longer than that even.

Penny is an absolute GENIUS. she listened to what I wanted my end result to be then offered additional advice to take my extremely straight, lifeless hair to a super bouncy volume cut that required minimal styling to achieve. Thank you so much!!!!

Debra.. omggg I had to just pretend to like it and rush and get out of there so I didn’t lose it. My hair cut is so lopsided. My bangs aren’t even and whole length isn’t even. Is she even certified? Not gonna post a picture out of embarrassment to myself

Great clips great cuts great price is a great place to go for family cuts but moms when your son's get older pay for a good cut like you would like it's prom lol they will love you

Stylist was rude to my elderly father who has a little bit of a head injury. Maybe she didn’t understand it was a hard thing for him to come in and get a beard trim, and maybe she could’ve shown a little kindness. So tired of bad customer service.

Great place, Rocio always does a great job with my hair, she put a lot of consideration into my hair and did exactly what I was envisioning, I couldn't be happier!!!

I don’t like giving the whole store a low review for one bad experience. I didn’t get my stylists name, but I was in the chair for less than 5 minutes and I have to fix my hair at home to make it presentable now. Rushed job, when no one else was in the store or waiting.

Thankfully I found Tanya here at GC. She cuts my hair exactly as I want it. Which is hard to find someone that to do that without cutting too much off. Always a perfect job Thanks Tany
