Great Clips

Patricia was great! My hair was cut perfectly and I really enjoyed talking with her. I highly recommend Patricia. My grandson also got a haircut. I’m sorry to say I did not get the stylist’s name but she had long dark brown hair. She, too, did a great job. I think any of the girls could do a great job at this Great Clips.

Team is always friendly, they are professional. Hannah runs a great location and always curs my hair how I like it!

I was in the area and needed a fresh haircut. They were close with little to no wait. The stylist was friendly and professional.

I got my hair done today and the stylist was nice but I hate what she did with my hair. She cut it way shorter than I asked, and because I am blind without glasses and she had me take my glasses off, I couldn't see what she was doing to my hair. She butchered it. I have not hated a cut someone has given this much in a long time. My suggestion is don't get your hair done here if you need glasses to see anything.

I had engagement photos booked and wanted someone to curl my hair. Originally, I had walked in to the Great Clips inside Schnuck's on Mid Rivers. Two employees were standing around, no customers, and it had been that way for a while because I had been checking the online check in throughout the day. They told me they couldn't help me, that I had to call for an appointment and they didn't have any availability, despite a 0 min wait on the app. I walked out totally in a panic. I started calling around to any local place I could find. So I call this salon, Hanna answered the phone and talked me off the ledge, told me to come on in, yes they could do my hair. Taylor did a fantastic job and was so incredibly friendly (as were all the other stylists). They took me from total panic mode to giving me a great style so I was all ready for my pictures. Last week, I had my fiance take his two girls to Taylor. The salon is a bit out of the way, but totally worth it.

I didn't notice until we got home and he took his hooded jacket off to show his Momma but a basic trim turned into an 80s new wave cut. A boys trim isn't supposed to be shaved on one side, feathered on the other and scalped. There was not a bald spot before the cut. Didn't ever tell me about accidentally clipping him a new bald spot. Just a terrible cut in every way.

I'm a bit perplexed. Just got my daughter's (6) haircut. Patricia did a great job cutting her hair -- the layers made her hair look very thick and full. I have a prepaid haircut card but I wanted to leave a tip. So I did leave a tip on my debit after I paid. But after I left a tip she displayed a bit of an attitude. She went from friendly to visibly annoyed. I wished her a good day as I left and she muttered, "yeah" without looking up. I guess next time I'm liable to not tip at all if my tip isn't good enough. Made to feel like crap because it was a smaller amount. Definitely won't patronize Patricia again. I've had other cuts here go amazing. Will update if I return.

Been going here for almost a year after we moved. All the stylists are very good, but special compliments to Sierra. She is very attentive and makes sure your cut looks neat and tidy. With being a man with a relatively simple haircut I sometimes get the feeling they're rushing through, but not when Sierra does it.

I haven't gone to great clips in a while. Last time i gone to great clips i wasn't satisfied. The lady who cut my hair this time was awesome. I should've asked her name but i didnt.
