don’t go here if you have longer hair. my hair is still relatively short, but i can’t even wear it down now. i went here asking for layers and the lady that cut my hair didn’t even have a technique, she just cut wherever, leaving it super choppy. there are parts that are extremely short compared to the rest of my hair. my only choice now is to either pay to get it fixed or wear it up 24/7.

the manager cut my curly hair and cut every strand on a bias, which destroyed every curl on my head. in the process of the haircut, she decided it would be a good idea to completely wet my hair and take a fine-tooth comb, place it at the top of my head, and pull downward. this finished the straightening that she was giving me. after that, as if it wasn't bad enough, she decided to fry it with a blow dryer. I came in to have this woman cut my hair for my wedding. instead, I immediately had to make a rescue hair appointment with a much more expensive salon to fix the damage. I'm literally being given a damage consultation!! the top half of my hair has broken strands hanging out about an inch from my head. my self-confidence is shot. I will never ever return to a Great clips in my life. this has ruined me from ever having a haircut again other than the one that is required to fix what this manager did to me today. for reference, the pic is AFTER the haircut. my hair looks and feels like straw. I had soft ringlets prior to this....

I went in for a trim and Amanda took great care of me. I love my haircut and she really explained what she was doing. Great atmosphere and really nice stylists. I will be coming back here

I’m very disappointed with my recent haircut experience. The stylist completely chopped my hair—it’s noticeably uneven, with one side thicker than the other. She also added to my bangs without asking, which I didn’t want. After washing my hair, she left a damp towel around my neck the whole time, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. As if that wasn’t enough, I lost $20 during my visit. When I mentioned it, the staff blamed a little kid—even though I never saw any children there. The whole situation felt off, and instead of helping me look or showing concern, they brushed it off. This was supposed to be a treat for myself, but I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I won’t be going back.
