Both of my young boys had their hair cut here. The stylists were very friendly. They understood exactly what I wanted for their cuts. They were quick and my boys hair turned out perfect.

Staff is always polite and professional.. Casey does a great job cutting my hair, but all of the ladies at the vogel location are great.

Always have a great experience when I get my haircut there. It's the only place I go. All the girls are great.

Linda who works at this location needs to learn to smile as well as gain some customer service skills. Look I know you work at great clips, the bottom of the food chain when it comes to hair stylists and you are probably on your hundredth customer but at least smile and have a pleasing attitude. One thing I didn't appreciate was her telling me to stop mid sentence when I was reading out my coupon code and say " start over again and read it slowly" your negative attitude is why you didn't get a tip. Do better Great Clips. Edit: I ended up contacting the Store operator Amanda on 3/27. She refunded my whole payment and apologized for my negative experience. I appreciate the gesture. If you get Linda as a stylist, beware she is not the most friendliest person in the world.

My name is Anna and I've been coming to the same Hair Stylist at Great Clips for many years. Her name is Amanda, and shes a Manger. When she moves to a new location, so do I, even though I moved to Kansas City in 2022, I still come to St. Louis to Amanda to get my hair cut monthly when I'm in town visiting relatives. She's great! This is my favorite location for getting haircuts for my kids. The stylists are uniformly friendly and knowledgeable, they're more likely to have a high number of stylists on duty to handle any rushes, and my wait times here are lower than anywhere else. this is our favorite Great Clips!

11+ years ago, I went to Great Clips on Hampton with a messed-up haircut from another Great Clips. Casey happened to be the one to cut my hair and fix it as best as she could. Since then, she’s moved to this Great Clips, and I’ve been driving in extra 20 minutes every other Monday to get my hair cut by her because she’s simply the best. I trust her completely, and she always does an amazing job!

Lindsey is great. She did fantastic job of cutting my hair. It has been awhile since I had a good haircut. 10/10 will be back.

Brought my kiddo so he could get a haircut. The hair was covered in hair at our stylists station. She did not bother to sweep it up before she took my son back. I showed her the section of hair we were trying to grow out and asked her not to cut it. We also showed her a picture of the haircut we wanted and explained that we wanted it to be asymmetrical in the front. This lady completely ignored this. Not only did she cut section of hair that we have been growing out for months but she did not even try to cut it asymmetrical in the front. Definitely not ever coming back here. They do not sanitize properly and they completely ignore what you ask for. My son is three. She was also gruff in telling him to "hold still" with no compassion whatsoever. My son was very well behaved for even a 6 year old. He held very still and didn't need to be told to"hold still" in such a gruff way.

Got 1 barber that knows how to cut hair and she doesn't work the floor stay away from all these great clips you have 1 in a million chance you'll get a good cut

Theyve always done well with cuts for me and my kid. The only thing that bugs me is their obsessive desire to serve clients who arent there yet but signed in online.

I've never really got a bad haircut here. Very good place to go and never wait very long.

I have say this has been best GC I've been to in forever. My beautician actually knew how to cut long hair (on guys), ones back home in Charlotte and surrounding areas are clueless. She even helped me with some knowledge about maintaining my hair (its well past my shoulders). I can't recommend this place enough
