If I could leave negative stars I would as from the start the lady at the counter who checked us in was the rudest person I've ever encountered and rushed to cut my first son's hair so fast I have to take him somewhere else to get it fixed …

Lady did a horrible job on my kids hair. we showed her a picture and not only did what she do look NOTHING like it (she cut it WAY shorter than the picture) but it was all uneven. I had to clean it up after we got my kid home. will never go back to this place again. wish I could give zero stars.
