Great Clips

This place is the best great clips I’ve ever been to. Gaby was so patient and a professional hair stylist she recommended me a good haircut based on my hairline and executed it perfectly. Employees like this need’s a rise in pay for their service. Absolutely loved it. Thank you!

Went there for the first time after going to Great Clips for years... it was a touch further and other directions from other Great Clips but they were open till 6:00 so I checked them out. Jenny did a phenomenal job very efficiently and I'll definitely be going back!!

The stylist cut my hair just as I asked and was finished within 5 mins! I typically ask to cut more but didn’t even need to here. I always try to give your stylists good tips as they are are always pleasant, do great work and deserve it. And whenever I get a discount cut (I’m always looking for them!) I give my savings to the stylist as additional tip! Love you guys!

Great service. Not sure about the one review talking about the staff’s conversations. These guys are always light hearted and having fun when I bring the kids in. They clearly like their jobs. I always recommend Jen, Alycia or Edisa to friends and family.

I have been going here for years. Alicia the manager is awesome, she was off on the day that I showed up last week. And a gentleman named Jason cut my hair, my wife says it's the best haircut I've had in my life :-) thank you.

Generally good experience. Sometimes the people doing the haircuts say some weird stuff to each other, but nothing that is bothersome. Really like how you can check in online and show up without standing in line all afternoon. They also raised their prices which is frustrating, but that is happening everywhere.

They don't want to talk to you if you didn't check in online.Check in line on, people get more respect than normal people

Super babyfine, thin hair. I was exceedingly explicit regarding a trim straight around. Held out the sides and said, do not cut here. Asked for dry cut--pull taunt to pull out wave in order to cut even--just cut straight across. He wet my hair (even though I requested a dry cut) then cut it in a V shape in the back and pulled the sides into it. Before I realized, he was cutting the sides tilting towards the back. (The old Dorthy Hammel shape from the mid-70s). He cut my bang line back underneath the top hair, and left the R side longer. It's a chopped mess, and will literally take a good year to get grow my shape back, as slow as my hair grows. I now have no shape to my hair, just a chopped, uneven, much shorter than desired mess. I told him how unhappy I was. In his favor, I saw him finish the lady's hair before mine, and it looked like he did a fairly precise cut. I don't know if it was a lack of skill, a passive-aggressive move because I told him explicitly what I wanted, or if he just zoned out when I explained--or maybe he just doesn't hear well. I think his name is Quintin. He is very sweet and cute, to boot. The owner anfd GM woukd not return my call. But I did hear from a manager who said I could go to another shop for a recut

I have been going to Great Clips for years and gotten good haircuts. This last cut I received was terrible. She used the clippers with a guide on the back and sides and then continued to cut the sides with shears getting shorter and shorter. She cut the sides extremely short. Worst cut I've had in years.

Ameera is fantastic! She always takes her time asking questions about how I want my hair cut and does an excellent job. She always remembers what she did at my last visit and how it worked for me. I highly recommend her!

Customer service is good most times. There seems to be a constantly rotating staff, but everyone has been good so far. Just don't get used to having the same person, chances are they won't be around for too long. Seems the management does a good job hiring quality people though.
