I was really looking forward to my nail appointment with Emily. When I arrived I was informed I would be getting my nails done by Kayla. She showed up and brought her two young children. They had their iPads and a phone to keep them busy but they were on full blast. One of the kids was sitting behind me and kept hitting his chair into mine. Kayla did my nails in 30 minutes. As you can see from the pictures she did not take much care into the prepping stage as she painted over a hangnail. There were several flaws in my nails. I don’t get to get out very often away from my own toddler so I was quite disappointed with this first time experience at this salon. * updated 5 days later and they’re holding on by a prayer. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Kayla is awesome! I always come out feeling like a brand new person. She is so friendly and gives you exactly what you ask for!

I’ve been to this salon once before for a brow wax and hair trim and had no problems. I got what I wanted for a reasonable price. However, I didn’t have that same experience today. I went in for a brow wax and hair trim. The trim was fine but the hairdresser was very rough when washing my hair and putting mousse in. It hurt. And the wax was horrible. I asked for “minimal clean up” on my brows which is what I ask for at every salon and have never had a problem. I have naturally thick brows and they shape my face nicely and I just want the edges cleaned up. Well I no longer have thick brows. She waxed off most of the ends of my brows and now my brows look like uneven commas. The shape is extremely unflattering and she took off WAY more than I asked for. The wax and trim took at maximum 20 minutes all together and I had to pay 52$ total. For the time and quality of the services this is an absurd price. 52$ for 20 min and a horrible wax job. I will not be coming back to this salon.

Cosmopolitan salon with extremely talented stylists. Supreme nail salon, massage and reasonable prices. New building and designed by owner Kayla Hemley. Kid friendly. Beautiful. My favorite is Kayla but try the others. You won't be disappointed.

I made an appointment for a pedicure and manicure. We are traveling so I am not from the area. The appointment was made on Thursday for 2:00.the next day. There is no ability to cancel 24 hours in advance . I had to cancel the appointment and did so Friday AM . My issue is that my appointment was not confirmed until after I canceled and there was not a 24 hour time frame since the appointment was made the day before. If the appointment had been confirmed, I wouldn’t have a problem with being charged half of the price but I canceled before an actual confirmation was sent. My first experience of an appointment being handled like this.

Beautiful atmosphere. The owner is an absolute doll! I had a mani/pedi with Emily and not only were they done well but I had a BLAST in the meantime!

Kayla got me in last minute before my trip. She did an amazing job and was super fast.

I had a cut and style by Alice. She was professional and friendly! I am only here for the summer but I plan to go back! Very happy with the results!
