I don’t think words can describe the comfort, warmth and attention to detail I felt and experienced today! I couldn’t speak higher of Lyss in her work, professionalism, and overall demeanor. So impressed with her and the salon as a whole. You can tell people feel welcomed and confident. Beautiful space and staff. A true creative experience. I’ve booked multiple appointments already. Jamie at Love Lane is the only person I let color my hair. She is simply the best! She listens to what you want and makes sure you leave loving your hair. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her work is what sets her apart.

Jamie, John and the crew at Love Lane are not only my hair gurus but also all my friends. Jamie is so fun and talented - i don’t even have to tell her what I want to do and she gets my color perfect everytime. In the last 4 years I’ve never walked out of there not thrilled!!!! John is the absolute coolest guy I’ve ever met, he has the best vibes and is a master at cutting hair. He always does what I ask and is so honest when I am looking raggedy and need more than a trim and I appreciate that! This duo is my favorite but I would trust anyone at the salon and have often gone to other stylists in a pinch (Alyssa, Karina !)!

Before my baby arrives in July, I wanted to return to my natural hair color—and Jamie at Love Lane Salon made the whole experience amazing. She was so warm, easy to talk to, and made me feel truly beautiful. The color and blowout came out perfect—exactly what I had envisioned. I had a not-so-great balayage at another salon last year, so this experience was everything I had hoped for. This was my second visit (first was a curly cut with Crystal), and both visits were great. I’ll definitely be back for coloring and blowout services!

Amanda is one of the most talented hair stylists I’ve seen! She’s patient and really cares about her clients happiness and confidence. She takes the time to ensure everything is perfect and walk through prices, process, maintenance, etc. I would highly recommend Amanda at love lane salon for extensions and color/highlights. I am so happy with my hair!

I’ve been seeing Jamie for my color since 2018. She is the absolute best of the best. I’ve never once left unhappy with her work. She is consistently great. I basically always tell her to do whatever she wants because that’s how much I trust her. She is the bronde queen in my opinion and I love how natural and lived in my hair looks! Will forever be a client of hers!

LOVE LOVE Love Lane! I have been coming here for years and cannot recommend enough. I have been bleaching my hair forever and take a lot of pride in my hair (how it looks and its health) Diaz does a phenomenal job of keeping my bleached locks healthy and strong. She is the best at color! I see Karina for hair cutting and she too is amazing! These ladies listen and do what you want and need. I highly recommend them and this salon!

Amanda is amazing! I had been wanting to get extensions for a long time but was honestly really nervous about it. I’d looked into a bunch of salons before and always got close, but something never felt quite right. I’ve been going to Love Lane Salon for a while now, they have such talented stylists, and one day I noticed they had started offering extensions. Since I already loved the salon, I decided to book a consultation with Amanda. She immediately made me feel comfortable. She was super knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and walked me through how everything works. I appreciated that she wasn’t pushy at all—no upselling, just genuine care for what would be best and healthiest for my hair. Even during the actual appointment, I was still a little nervous, but Amanda was so calming and reassuring. And the results? Absolutely incredible. The extensions were seamless. She matched them perfectly to my hair’s texture and color, which isn’t easy to do, and the final look was just stunning. On top of that, she made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. What really stood out to me was how much she followed up afterward. She checked in during the grow-out process, gave me personalized recommendations, and made sure everything was going well. The extensions also lasted a really long time before I needed to get them adjusted. I’m so glad I went with Amanda. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and puts care and integrity into every detail. Highly, highly recommend her!

Love Lane Salon is the best! Jade colors my hair and I have never been disappointed. She listens and we chat for awhile before we come up with a plan. Jade is very knowledgeable about her craft and answers all my questions. I always feel amazing when I walk out Love this place!

Love Lane is the best place in Jersey City! I’ve been coming here for 5 years and Audrey has given me the most beautiful hair every single time. The salon is very clean and has great vibes. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
