Great Clips

Took my husband and son in for a "spoil my boys" haircut day. The wonderful young lady who did my husband's did a fantastic job. Now, the woman who did my son's hair... What a nightmare! It was wet and looked fine when we left. It's a 2 and a half hour round trip to get to you. His bangs ended up absolutely sideways, the back of his hair was choppy and looked messed up! I'm SUPER disappointed! I had to shave his hair it looked so horrible! Thanks for a wasted trip. That will be the last time you see us. Please do better for other people's kid's.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This woman messed my son's hair up really bad. I am not sure of her name, I was too mad to even speak to her. She ignored my husband's directions with wanting a MIDFADE then proceeded to say it is a midfade and she was following a line. It was slanted as heck and she even cut a piece of hair on his forehead leaving a bald spot. She did whatever she wanted how she wanted. It looks absolutely horrendous. My husband and I are extremely upset with this experience. I do not recommend going to this location next to Smith's grocery store. She was the first chair on the right side with blond scraggly hair.

More like "worst clips".. I asked the stylist to take 3 inches of my long hair, and she decided to take 6 inches! clearly, she is blind Def or both... I'm EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with this location. After getting upset about how much she took, she said "it will grow back" rude and cheap saying. She then informed me of the no refund policy. I paid for something i didn't want, then was told "o well" we can't and won't do anything about it. She was very rude to me and other individuals entertering while I was there. There are no name tags, so I'm not sure of the individuals name. Literally half her job is to listen to instructions of the customer, and she clearly can't. The other lady next to us who did my son's hair did a very good job.

The lady with the fake lips has a real bad attitude problem. Ignored me until other people came in then asked them if they had signed in- I was never acknowledged. I asked if I needed to sign in- she gritted her teeth “helping “ me. Told me it was an over a hour wait at that point. Idk if she is racist or just hates her job. I was so uncomfortable i just left .

The ladies here are amazing, this is the go to location for me and my kids. Pick the right time and there is no wait, but it is a busy location and could be a very log. Wait.

Got an undercut, it was great, hair stylist was nice. My son also got a haircut. He is 7 and wanted to match his dad. The woman(tall,no chin, black hair) cutting his hair complained to my 7 year old that his scalp wasn't clean enough. It's almost like I took my son to get a haircut so he had shorter more manageable hair. My son is still learning to take care of himself. I'm sure some random woman telling him he's doing a bad job will help him greatly improve.

Some of my husband's hair wasn't even straightened out and random areas of the hair were sticking out. I had to finish the sides after seeing how badly it was cut. Just patches of longer hair on the side. Didn't make sense how incomplete the cut was for me.

they did great on my haircut not the cleanest cut out there but it was good enough, and they have awesome customer service, and great prices. I do suggest you go here if you need a haircut.

I got a great haircut, wonderful / friendly service at a terrific price.

Super great! Walked right in and was immediately greeted and taken to a chair. Whole process was about 15 minutes. Stylist was friendly, listened to what I wanted and gave me a great cut.

I have never actually been angry over a haircut before but my sons haircut was absolutely horrendous! My husband likes going there and they do fine on his hair but I will not have my son go back. I am disappointed every time.

There's a blond there that has the WORST attitude and made for a very uncomfortable experience but finally managed to walk out with a decent hair cut. She made it a bad experience with nothing but negative energy and bad attitude. I guess everyone is entitled to a bad day though.
