Hawaii Nails 3

I am a boy mom and my husband and sons took me for a mother's day gift. We made an appointment. They were very prepared. They did a wonderful job on all of us. I had a 10 year old that did not want any color. They were great with him. And my 13 year old chose color and he really enjoyed the whole experience. My husband and I did the deluxe and it was fabulous.

Today I went in to get my acrylic removed because I felt my nails needed a break and my gel that i had just gotten a week ago had already cracked. When I arrived they sat me down at seat 4. The lady working on my nails clipped them then used a plastic nail tip to slide under the acrylic and force the nail off. It hurt really bad which I expressed to her multiple times. I also asked her to soak them and she said that would take too long. After she had forcefully ripped my acrylic off she told me that its normal for my nails to be thin and extremely chipped and encouraged me to get the Gel (my nails were so thin they hurt and you could literally see the growth curves against my nail bed). I insisted on the polish because I didn't want anymore damage done. She rushed with the polish and didn't let each layer dry so the top dryed but the other layers ended up getting squished. You can also see how damaged my nails are through the nail polish. This will take many months to heal and I am extremely upset. Also I paid 35 dollars.

Really liked this place. She made my nails better than the salon before, too. She worked off a photo I had. Would recommend.

I went for my first time and got a deluxe pedicure and asked for a gel X set. Everyone was very nice and did exactly what I asked for. Wish I could give 4.5 stars only because I was told to sit with my feet in the water while I waited for a tech and the water was hardly lukewarm for about 10 minutes. The rest of my pedicure went really well, probably one of the best I’ve ever had aside from the water temp. It seemed like maybe the techs didn’t do gel X nails often but I’m very pleased with how they turned out. The length, shape and colors exactly what I wanted. I love them! Will be back again :)

Went to get my nails done today and showed her what I wanted. What i got is nothing like the picture I showed her. She argued that it was amd proceeded to charge me $60! No offer to fix them or make it right in any way!!! Not going back!

Went for a pedicure, my previous pedicure was perfect and it was just grown out. I ask her to just straighten it a little and make them even. Not short. She made my right toe severely crooked and short compared to my other toe, definitely over filed. These photos are after I asked her to fix it. Still crooked and still over filed. For $55 checking to make sure the shape is right would be nice. There’s also a lot of bumps in the gel finish.

Sad. Lina does my nails and she always does a great job. But, today she was busy and, although she did a great job, couldn't give me the time of day. I'm a people person and am friendly. It hurts me when people treat me that way. I am a good tipper and even tipped her today. But, I think, moving forward I'm going to learn how to do my own nails. :(

We had six people that needed full acrylic set nails, we had an appointment somewhere else and when we got there they were only able to do two so we called Hawaiian nails 3 and asked if they could fit in four of us and they said of course so when we got there they were very friendly and kind. They made sure to fit three full set acrylic, nails and two gel nails, and they even stayed two hours after they closed to make sure our nails were perfect. Are nails are the best nails that we ever had done they are perfect and they made sure that the design were the best. They took their time and they were very, very nice. Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for doing our nails we absolutely love them.
