From the moment I walked into the salon I was greeted with such warmth and care! Gabrielle was the kindest and most thoughtful stylist I’ve ever had the pleasure of cutting my hair. She truly took the time and care to listen to my wants and concerns and then went above and beyond to deliver the perfect haircut! I am so thrilled! I can’t wait to come back 🤍 She’s a curl master! Thank you!

After my first cut with Gabrielle I didn’t think I could be happier. But after returning for my second, I’m ecstatic! I was ready for a much bigger change and she was so collaborative and honest about how to achieve what I wanted. I’m in love with what she did, and I especially appreciated how she took the time to show me two very different ways of styling it. She’s incredible and I won’t be going anywhere else while she still works there. As I said, this is my second time at Gloss. And though I’d be happy to follow Gabrielle to a lawn chair on a dirt road, I will say how much I enjoy the salon’s ambiance. Super friendly staff, great products, and they were really accommodating of my service dog. They even gave her a blanket to lie down on which was really sweet. It’s a really comfortable place and you can tell they empower their stylists.

Been coming here for the last couple years thanks to Alicja! She kills it in the game of thick, thin, curly, wavy hair. I always feel lighter, happier, and in good company with her working on me! The salon aside is stunning. Sometimes there’s clothes to lurk though, their boutique is darling, and beverages on hand. So many things to check out and explore! Gloss has my heart!

Had an amazing experience! It was my first time going and it definitely will not be my last. I had Jordyn(i believe that was her name) as my stylist and honestly I want her again in the future.. she did such an amazing job on my hair as you can see in the photos. I wanted my dead ends cut, my bangs trimmed and a blowout with curls. ❤️❤️❤️

I visited this establishment for the first time today because my daughter treated me to permanent jewelry by Gabrielle Graves! I was not disappointed. The quality was fantastic and Gabrielle had lots to choose from.. She was efficient and very patient, never felt rushed. Gabrielle is also one of the stylist at this hair salon. I definitely would recommend to anyone looking for permanent jewelry. Might I add that She also was able to repair two of my anklets while I was there! (My daughter has her hair done there) .

I can’t say enough about Gloss. Each time I enter i am greeted with a warm welcome. Whenever I sit in the chair my dreams always become a reality and then some. Hannah is amazing. She is 100% all about what you want and will keep you informed on what she is doing to your hair and why. Needless to say, if you have yet to check out Gloss hair Parlor your hair needs have not been 100% met.

First of all, the salon is beautiful! Spacious and clean, with a cute aesthetic. Gabrielle was my stylist, and this is no overstatement, she gave me the best haircut I have ever received. She is patient and kind, wants to listen to your needs and then makes sure you two are on the same page before she gets too far along in the process. I appreciate the consideration. She took great care of me and Gabrielle is wildly talented, boosting my confidence for sure!

BOOK HER IF YOU CAN. Sydney Lytton is in high demand for a reason. She’s more than just talented, she’s genuine and incredibly kind. I moved to the area a few years ago, and after my longtime hairstylist (who I was with for five years!) went on maternity leave, I was on the lookout. My first experience with Sydney was actually for my niece’s haircut. It was our first time meeting her, and I was immediately impressed. She was attentive, sweet, and constantly checked in to make sure my niece was happy with her hair. The second visit to the salon was with a different stylist, it was for myself and unfortunately, it was a very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience- not at all what you hope for when you're going to relax and treat yourself. In the end, I decided to give Gloss Hair Parlor another shot and booked with Sydney for myself- and I’m so glad I did! She is skilled and mindful. Book her if you get the chance!

Took my daughter here for a haircut and she had the best time! Signe was so sweet and made her feel super comfortable. The cut came out adorable and my daughter left grinning ear to ear. Such a great spot — we’ll definitely be back!

Had the best experience with Gabrielle! From the moment I sat in her chair, it felt like I was catching up with an old friend even though it was my very first visit to Gloss. I came in with quite the project after removing my dreads of 6 years and Gabrielle handled it with so much care, skill and positive energy. I left feeling completely refreshed and so confident stepping into my new healthy hair era. 100/10 I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending Gabrielle & the studio as a whole!
