Kylee Nail Spa

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I decided to try Kylee Nail Spa a couple of weeks ago as a birthday treat. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the overall quality just wasn’t there for the price ($58 plus tip). The brushes and desks could also use some TLC in terms of sanitation — I wish more salons understood how important this is since customers are in and out all day. I asked to keep my natural nail length since they were already a medium length and strong, and requested a square shape. However, as they were buffed and shaped, they were filed shorter and ended up rounded. I tried not to be nitpicky, but I also noticed a clump on my thumb nail. On top of that, my cuticles were left rough — it didn’t even feel like I received a proper manicure. The color was pretty with the chrome finish, but overall I left disappointed with how stubby they looked compared to when I walked in. Within two weeks one already cracked and chipped, and I don’t expect them to last much longer. For me, the quality just didn’t match the price here. Went in for a gel polish and pedicure and Kennedy did an awesome job! She helped me decide between colors. It was a luxury for this mom of two to have such a nice pedicure /manicure in such a beautiful salon. Absolutely love the owners and how personable they are with each customer and ensure you’re satisfied. Thanks so much!

UPDATE - 7/1: Michael offered to let me come in and get my nails done at no charge after I left my review. I went in today and my nails look great! He had Kennedy do my nails and she did an excellent job. Michael was incredibly nice and went out of his way to ensure I had a good service. The last two pictures are my nails from when I left today. The business is very clean and is customer focused. My new rating is a reflection of the services I received today. Will be back. 6/29: I usually go to Vivi’s, but I’m they weren’t opened since it was Sunday. I decided to give Kylee’s a try and very excited based on the reviews! The wait was a little long but that is expected on a Sunday! Although, I do wish they would have given me an estimate of the wait when I sat down. Staff was nice, but I don’t love my nails. The shape isn’t almond like I wanted and they are shorter than I wanted. My left ring finger is shaped wonky (I did mention it to the nail tech and she seemingly tried to fix it but it still looked tilted). When I first got to my car, I felt my nails and they were able to fully bend. I got SNS so that should not have happened. I did go back into the salon and they mostly fixed it to their credit, but I don’t think I should have left been able to leave the salon with my nails in that condition. My skin looks awful from the soak off even after washing two times. Overall, it felt rushed and I expect more for $48 + tip. Unfortunately, I will not be back.

This was my first time visiting, and I will definitely be back! The environment was clean, and beautiful and staff were so friendly. I gave an inspiration photo and he helped me match colors and executed the look. I've always hated the thick, clubbed nails look, but he shaped my nails perfectly and painted without all the bulkiness. Also, can't beat the price! Beautiful nails without the guilt of an expensive price. Thank you!

This was my first visit to this salon and I really enjoyed it! My nail tech was gentle and made sure to check in with me frequently. This is the first pedicure I’ve had in years where I didn’t have to come home and file any bits that were overlooked, everything is done! Cleanliness was very good as well, which is important to me. I got gel polish which ended up being $15 extra on top of the $40 basic pedicure for a total of $55 before tip. On the higher end of reasonable but worth it for the quality of work. This is my new go to salon!

I was looking for a new salon because the previous salon we went to stayed too busy and their work seemed rushed. I found this place online and the reviews were wonderful so I thought I’d give it a shot and I’m glad I did!! Their prices are VERY reasonable. They did a wonderful job and the atmosphere was super comfortable and clean. Highly recommend!!

The guy seemed in a rush and would huff and puff every minute. My acrylic nails are chipping,breaking,and I’ve already lost one. I went Friday. I paid $50 for a fill for one solid color.

My first time here but the woman who did my nails was very kind, and made sure I was happy with every step of the process. I will definitely be coming back.

I went here for a walk-in pedicure. I barely had to wait at all. The building is so cute and clean. Michael did my pedicure, and he did a fabulous job. I felt so relaxed I almost fell asleep! I would highly recommend paying him a visit!

The place was very clean, bright and inviting. The gentlemen who did our pedicures was so nice and did an amazing job. We were just passing through on our vacation and we got right in, I wish we had this place back home. Definitely recommend.
