This place is terrible, my hair looks so bad I went home and washed it right after. Not to mention that it was accompanied by impersonal staff and just a weird and horrible experience. I told my stylist I didn’t much like it and she really didn’t seem to care at all. I was supposed to have old Hollywood curls for my Rehersal dinner. Needless to say, I am now going to be late for my Rehersal and have to do my own hair. I will never be back.

I booked an appointment for the same day online, as recommended when I called them earlier the same day. They said “we need you to book online. If there is an appointment available it is open to book.l booked online and then arrived two minutes before scheduled, and the doors were locked and lights were off. Keep in mind, this was the same day I called! I wasn’t sure I was going to book there or not based on other things we were doing that day and decided I had time and booked. Very disappointed they let me book online and then closed early. I will probably never try there now. I’ll just stick to Blo Blow Dry Bar because they are always perfection. I only wanted to try this location because it was close to my work.

Milan did an excellent job on my hair. She stayed two hours after closing to finish up. She took her time detangling my hair during the wash stage and again after the wash before the blow drying. And the best part is, I made the appointment the same day. I so appreciate knowing there is somewhere and someone that can take care of my hair, and I don’t have to book 2 months in advance. Highly recommend Milan and Dry Bar!

This was a really bad and uncomfortable experience compared to blow outs from other blow dry bars I’ve been to. The stylist seemed so unsure of herself the entire time. She did not wash my hair well. Did not style it at all. The main thing I wanted was volume and have none at all. I definitely could have made my hair look better myself in half the time and without the $55 fee.

Precious the stylist is amazing and what she does. I have natural long thick hair. Most would run, but she stepped up to the challenge. I go monthly for wash and flat iron. She has me in and out in under a hour. Literally a hour! The staff are accommodating and welcoming as soon as you enter the facility. You need to be hydrated? They will bring frosted glass of cold water to you. Atmosphere is sunny and music is always on point. See ya soon Precious and team Dry Bar. You can definitely count on that!

I have now been to dry bar twice! I went once to get my hair done for going wedding dress shopping and once for my bridal shower! Both times they were so nice and helpful as I am pretty clueless when it comes to hair! I absolutely love the products as well! They have had movies playing both times and was so fun to watch as I got my hair done! Plan on going again lots in the future! They also took COVID-19 seriously and took all necessary precautions.

Have always had the best experiences at the Dry Bar in Lexington! My hair is very thin and not great at holding a curl but somehow they always style it perfectly and it holds up all night! The products are so amazing I can't help but buy the shampoos etc. when I leave! If you are looking to treat yourself head here ASAP!

Love getting my hair done here!! It was my first Drybar experience and it was so good I got the barfly membership! They are always quick and super friendly as well as being flexible on hair styles. Every experience I've had at this Drybar location is wonderful!
