I’ve been coming here for years but I will no longer be coming because I keep getting stuck with the same lady (locs, always has a comb in her hair, drags her feet on the floor) that doesn’t care how my hair looks when she’s done. My parts and braids are all different sizes. They don’t know how to do knotless braids which I’ve come to terms with, but they usually do a variation of the style . However I have both “knotless braids” and box braids in my hair right now even though I asked for knotless braids. My real hair is coming out of the braids in the back, I got my hair done 14 hours ago so it was like this when I left, but in the back of my head so I couldn’t see it until I got home and further inspected. The lady kept pulling and turning my head while standing on the left side but trying to braid the right side, like she didn’t feel like walking over to the the other side to do it. My ends are not sealed, So I’m about to do that myself. Don’t come here unless you can get someone other than the woman in the second chair.

This time I got knotless. They weren’t ACTUAL knotless, like the real deal, buuuuut they still looked good. Also got to keep my little edges this time. Which is why I wanted knotless. She did good. Only thing I didn’t like is the way she did my baby hairs haahaaaa but it’s ok I fixed them to my liking (in the pink)

Called and they took me in a hour later! Great spot and location around the corner from my home. Ladies were very nice and welcoming. I’ll definitely be going many more times. My braids lasted much longer than many of my others have.

This is my second time coming here. 1st time was in 2019. I made my appointment online for 9am. I got there at 8:55 and both ladies had clients in their chair. The one who eventually did mine, told me I had to "sit for awhile" and wasn't taken until 9:30. Not sure what the point of making an appointment is. I requested cornrows. I have very fine hair and let the braider know I didn't need a lot of added hair. I ended up with the correct amount of braids, but they were too big and heavy for my hair type. They looked decent initially, but I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it was nothing like it. I paid $150 to get my hair cornrowed for vacation . This was on a Thursday. I had to take them out on the following Tuesday because they were so loose. I feel like i wasted money. I won't be returning.

YES!!! Ms. Nana was great. She was professional and warm. The atmosphere was quiet and calm. The end results were OUTSTANDING! I went for box braids like a picture I saw she did with another client. I'm in love and will recommend her services.

I had a great experience, Nana did knotless braids to the middle of my back and they turned out really nice. It was my first time having my hair braided and it was not painful and done very neatly. Nana is so professional and very sweet, she was also quick and attentive to doing my hair. I really appreciated the clean salon and the safety measures she had in place during COVID. Everyone that entered had to clean their hands, wear masks and maintain distance. This will be the salon I return to when I want my hair braided again.
