Been coming here for years! They do such a wonderful job not just painting, but creating a nail that lasts you the entire month if needed! They care about their customers and your experience!

I’ve gone to West Plaza Nails for 5 years thanks to Anna and her great team. She’s so committed to taking good care of her clients and making sure you can expect anyone in the salon to consistently meet her high standards. With Anna, patience pays off. Expect your appointment to take longer, but your nails will always be perfect and last 3-4 weeks. When I had a slightly negative experience with another nail tech, she comped the entire service. Anna and Yung are both fabulous at nail designs and Hai does a great natural-looking dip. Loretta is the queen of pedicures and fun conversation. The salon itself is no-frills, but the number of clients that have been loyal to WPN for years is a testament to the high-quality experience you can count on here!

terrible service! the guy who was doing my pedi and mani was in a rush, didn’t ask me anything about how I wanted the shape, if water temperature was ok. about my mani, he filled my nails all crooked and didn’t listen to me when I asked to round the edges. He badly removed my cuticle. About the pedicure, the water was super hot and I told him 2x; the massage was too hard and hurt me, I told him to stop and he said it was about to end. And the polish on my big toe is stained. I don’t recommend this place, I had a really bad experience.

I will never go to another salon. I have been going here for almost 3 years, so satisfied with my care and worth the money every time! I am treated like family whenever I come. Anna is so patient, gentle, and creative! Always offering to use the newest colors and trends. She not only does the BEST manicures, but also is simultaneously coordinating the rest of her clients care as they walk in the door and assisting staff as needed. She truly does the most.

I keep trying this place bc it’s so convenient but lord have they disappointed me on more than one occasion. I wish I knew the first girls name who did the pink monster claws pictured, but I came back a few days later not being able to take it and the owner Anna got me together free of charge. That was nice. Pedicure situation— I learned to ask for Kim, far as getting the paint job right because I get gel polish and somehow the polish was still wet after I left- summer time so I show up with sandals to even allow for extra dry time- not that that’s a thing when you opt for gel polish. Next disappointment- (I am putting this together after my pedicure is began and put off to finish after my nails), since Kim started late and her 11am had been waiting for 9 minutes… (and she started late with me even though I was on time)— I got a 2/3 pedicure and told she’ll finish me after my nails. Customer service wise- I felt second classed for sure. They say everything with a smile but it doesn’t change the aspect of not wanting to sow into a space that even with an 2 days in advance appointment gets this sort of treatment. I am a woman who looks forward to the quiet time and relaxing aspect of a pedi so for it to be split when when clearly i was enjoying a book and closing my eyes here and there assuming it was my time to do so, and someone waiting caused me to get bumped around. I wouldn’t normally complain about this part- but the full experience matters- I picked out 3 colors and they were all out so that just requires more deep breaths. If you go, I would only go to Anna for nails (I get dip) and hope for a better experience than me with anything else.

Absolutely thrilled by my experience today at West Plaza Nails. Anna was fantastic and paired me with Hai who completely blew my nails out of the water! Hai took his time and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. A quality job and incredibly priced. A perfect experience all around. I have been looking for a new salon for a few months after the nail tech I visited for 8+ years sold her salon. After visiting Hai and Anna at West Plaza has made me realize I have found my new nail salon! Cannot wait until next time. This salon is a must! Thank you!!

Sad to leave this review. Usually my service at West Plaza nails is fine, but this was badddd. Rushed from work to get a pedi for a beach vacation. The technician didn’t get rid of calluses and I left looking like this... Multiple employees looked at the finished job and I had to ask one person to clean up the polish on my skin at least. Leaving for vacation on Wednesday and now need to redo them myself or go somewhere else.

Melinda was very friendly and gave me a nice manicure with regular polish and sugar scrub treatment. My hands and arms were so soft afterwards.

Simply the best! This salon is absolutely wonderful. Go see Ben, Anna, Melinda. Their attention to detail is great and the nails last forever!

I had an appointment at another nail salon and they cancelled on me last minute so I was running around town trying to get in somewhere and Anna greeted me and fit me right in! She was so nice and personable. I tried to give her a 35% tip for squeezing me in and she so politely refused it. They have an online booking system which I love and I already have her booked and on my calendar for two more services. Thank you again Anna!
