I had an appointment for a facial scheduled for Monday, they called me Monday morning to reschedule for the upcoming Thursday. I show up for my appointment on Thursday and they claim that they tried to call me that day to reschedule again. I never received a call or any type of communication. I took off work for this. I am highly upset. I was not offered anything for this hassle, just “I’m sorry.” Also, the website needs to be updated because the facial scheduling does not coincide with it.

Ashley is a wonderful esthetician. She is an excellent listener and communicator. Ashley is knowledgeable about mature skin issues and my facials have greatly improved the appearance of my skin. Don't wait. Treat yourself!

I haven't been to this place yet and I am having the worst time even making an appointment! Their nail technician is only available on Mondays. Their Masseuse is only available on Tuesdays and Fridays because the salon claims that they have had the room under renovation that the Masseuse and aesthetician share for about 6 months now. And every time I call, the girl who works the front desk has a snobby and flippant attitude. I hope their services are better once I get there.

After I finally got my spa pedicure with Dana it just wasn't worth the price. One can hardly call what I received relaxing. Plus that they don't provide certain services that they advertise on their website. Not worth the money at all. The only saving grace of this place is the masseuse Nikki.
