Lush Nail Bar

I bring in a photo of the nails i want and Victoria executes. I feel comfortable asking for what I want and if I don’t like something, I can speak up. Victoria now owns the shop and it has already been improved. I can’t wait to see what else she does with the place. There is also newer staff (to me) and they are so sweet as well. I always feel welcome and I have a nice time socializing with the staff. I am posting pictures of my current nails (black and white cookie) plus others Victoria has done in the past! My daughter and I had a great experience at this place. Everyone that was working there had a great attitude and was super friendly and professional. Victoria was super sweet, Julie and Jordan did an amazing job on our pedicures! We were given cold waters and a soda upon entering. The atmosphere in there was great!

Ask for Jordan. I have been going to her for almost 10 years now. Her expert level of design, craftsmanship and service are unmatched in the industry. I travel often for work and receive compliments on my nails everywhere I go. I often go 3-4 weeks between fills because her work is such high quality. She is the BEST. Also, This salon is under new ownership and management. The new owners are very friendly and provide a great customer experience and environment. I was even given a complimentary iced green tea and bottle of water with my service which was a great touch.

Jordan is one of the best nail artists in the city. She has a true gift of artistry. Her attention to detail is next to none and I haven’t even started on how she is as a person. If you want someone who is going to deliver the results you desire, is personable and top of the line, she’s your girl.

5 Stars I got a pedicure and a balance here, and it was honestly one of the best nail salon experiences I’ve ever had. What stood out the most was how they used individual lotions and scrubs just for me during the entire pedicure — super hygienic and personalized. They also had high-tech tools and equipment I’ve never seen at other salons, which made the whole experience feel really upscale. The customer service was amazing, and the staff was so attentive. This place is a hidden gem — I’ll definitely be back!

I went in very last minute today, I needed removal of gel X. I initially was going to go to nails of new Albany but they said it would be 40 minutes and they would call me and they never called me. I didn’t know about Lush and they helped me right away and it was a cheaper service which I appreciated because it seemed to be a lot more expensive other places. Thank you Lush Nail Bar for getting me in so quickly and doing a great job!

New Management is obvious! Victoria has always been fabulous but love the new touches throughout the salon - AND ALL NEW Polish/Dip/Gel!! I love my nails but I was well overdue for a pedi and enjoyed the new “volcano” water bath experience! Lush Nail Bar worth the trip and they are so accommodating - offered a variety of beverages during my experience and knocked it out of the park with my “Easter Nails” 💅

Lush Nail Barn is literally the BEST!!! I Brought my daughter in to get her nails done for her 12th birthday. Jordan was her manicurist, We brought in a photo of of what my daughter wanted her nails to look like in Jordan was able to recreate the same exact look but a 100 times better. She was so sweet and genuine to my daughter making her feel extra special on her birthday. I highly recommend her.

Jordan Gilchrist's work is unmatched. I look forward to getting my nails done. She is so creative and passionate about her work. However, I recently learned she is no longer working at Lush salon. She will be truly missed.

Jordan is incredible here!! She did my nails for Mexico and I was excited for the trip, but now I’m even more excited! Thank you to Jordan for being so nice and hospitable! I will be coming back. This is my favorite nail salon in all over Columbus, Ohio! Highly recommend this nail salon!
