Lux Nails

Lux Nails is and will always be my favorite place!! The work they do is great. I have never came home and not liked my nails. They take good and proficient time. Not to mention the workers there are great!!! 😊 They are fun to talk too and very kind. I highly recommend going here and trying it out. You won’t regret it!!! 🥰

I booked the appointment saying I had Gel on my nails that I wanted taken off and just regular polish put back on. When I went in, that was no problem. They took the gel off and started putting regular polish off. I wanted a simple lightning bolt on one of my fingers and clear on the rest of them. Again, when I first walked in, that was no problem. Then, when I sat down, they kept trying to get me to do more things like dip, and a pedicure and so on. I kept saying no just this. Then, when it came time to do the lightning bolt, they couldn’t do it with just regular polish it had to be gel. Again, I told them specifically I just wanted regular polish and I’ve never had a place have a problem with that. She then quickly threw clear on that nail and rushed me out the door. Paid full price for what I originally wanted not what they did. Now at home looking at my nails they are roughly shaped and the polish they put on is sloppy. Not to mention they roughed up my cuticles and I have multiple cuts. I am not impressed with their work or how I was treated.

I visited Lux Nails for the first time and got builder gel with Nina!!! Top notch service! I was so impressed! From the moment I walked in they were welcoming and very friendly! Nina was amazing, my nails have never looked so good! She did not rush through and made sure my nails were perfect! Lux Nails will be my go to place from now on! And the prices are very reasonable!! Thank you for making my nail service absolutely amazing!!

I love coming to Lux Nails. They are always so professional and do an exceptional job on nail art and listen to what you want. The vibe is so fun, we love all the pink in there! Definitely my new favorite nail salon!

Beyond impressed - they truly care about their customers! Today was my first time visiting Lux and I will be going back! Long story short - I wasn’t super thrilled with my nails the first go round with someone new and they made sure to make them right same day at no additional charge. They even offered to stay late for me and work around my schedule. If this is how they treat a new customer, I can only imagine how they treat repeat customers!

My fiancé and I really enjoy coming here. Since coming to Lux, we never go anywhere else. They treat us well and do a great job!

Simply, amazing service. Every time i’ve been here the nail techs are polite, professional, & give the kind of service we all look for! Jennifer— totally spoiled my mom which was a gift in itself! We both got the cutest gel pedis and omg! the MASSAGE CHAIRS OH MY GAHH😍 obsessed!! 10/10 I just seriously appreciate good service and a relaxing, clean environment. ✨

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience at this salon. I felt like my pedicure was rushed and the man I had was not gentle or careful. Pretty sure the injury shown to my big toe came from the file. He cut the cuticle to short on my other big toe and made it bleed. I believe it was alcohol he put on that one and basically told me to take a deep breath because it was going to sting. The picture is from Thursday evening and the pedicure was done on Monday, needless to say, my toe has been pretty sore all week.

Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and pampered. I got both my nails and lashes done, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My nails are flawless — perfectly shaped and polished with incredible attention to detail. As for the lashes, they’re stunning! Full, natural-looking, and exactly what I wanted. The tech was gentle and professional, and I was totally relaxed the whole time. If you’re looking for top-tier service and beautiful results, this is the place to go.

I love getting my nails done here with VI. It's my second time going to him and he does an amazing job. Even after a week, there was no nail lift! I have tried different places in Bismarck without success. The nails start lifting after a few days and my hair gets stuck, but when I get my nails done with VI, that doesn't happen. I highly recommend this guy!

I love Thu’s new location and luxurious feel of her new nail spa. I’ve been going to Thu and her team for several years now and I can go weeks before fills. I never have a nail break and I work with horses and outside a lot. Lux Nails is worthy of my life style.

Thu does a wonderful job on my nails every time!! She takes pride in her work and is so meticulous! The staff is so welcoming & polite to everyone and makes sure everyone in the salon is satisfied. The salon itself is so well cared for, it is so clean, bright and comfortable.
