I had Kim, she was so sweet and such a beautiful person inside and out! My appointment was so peaceful, she’ll walk you through exactly what you want no matter what, such a patient person. I had to go back and tip her on top of the top I added. Amazing experience, extremely grateful I got to get my nails done by her. The other workers were really kind as well and the place is gorgeous! 💗

Kim did an awesome job. I got a new gel x set, medium length with the #10 fairy cat eye design. The price point was very affordable for this set. Kim took her time and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome. Atmosphere was beautiful, everyone was so friendly and had good relationships with their clients. Will definitely be coming back 😊

Great service and very friendly staff with good energy! My tech was very attentive to my nails and got the shape down to THEE T! I loved my experience here and my nails have no lumps or bumps. They all match and are very straight, there was no rushing (my tech knew they ate this up). Beyond happy that they have tap gel to continue to grow my real nails 💅🏽.

This a completely new place and management. Please note that my fingers tips and toes are always red, and they not irritated. I was super impressed with the products they used, because I have sensitive skin if you can’t tell. I can’t tell you how nice it was to walk in and not be hit with a chemical smell. Tina was an absolute trip. She gave my mother a wonderful leg massage with her pedicure. Tee did a great job with my pedicure. She was really able to work with me being very ticklish. Lyn did a beautiful job on my manicure. The non toxic products are very appreciated. Will absolutely be back.

Always a great experience with this nail salon! Sometimes there is wait, but it IS worth the wait. I got TAP Hybrid Nails—might I also add these are my natural nails. Gonza nails contributed to my nail growth! I’ve always had naturally long nails, but acrylic always damaged them. I got gel x once here and my natural nails were so strong and healthy. I haven’t gone back to fake nails since!

This was our second time and it was great. Calm environment. Clean. Fantastic leg massage and love the color choices. Pedicure for me today. We love the people and the salon. Check this place out. You won’t be disappointed.

Great experience from the time we walked in to the time we walked out!!! My chair massaged really well. Tina was so friendly and attentive. I asked that my nails be cut short and she confirmed that they were short enough before continuing. My foot and leg massage was beyond fantastic. My toenails are adorable. This is the only place I will go from now on!!!

Horrible Experience – Never Again! I was passed between three different nail techs just to finish one service. I asked for designs on my toes and was given cheap stickers — then charged $10 EACH for them. Completely overpriced. When it came time to pay, one tech gave me a price, then another disagreed and changed it. There’s no set pricing — it feels like they just make it up on the spot based on how they feel. I quote one said “why charge her for that design it’s a sticker” (I believe she was manager or lead person in the shop) Oh, and the polish? Already peeling the next day. Total waste of time and money. Not going back.

*update I changed my rating to a 5 star because they were apologetic when I took my partner there today to get him a pedicure for Father’s Day. They fixed my toe with no hesitation and actually remembered me as soon as I walked in. Beautiful, clean facility. I loved the atmosphere and professionalism. Kim was my technician, and I got both my nails and toes done. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that she forgot to do my pinky toe—lol! I didn’t realize it until I went to put my location on that night

My first time visiting Gonza was an amazing experience! Everyone there was very nice and worked with a joyful spirit with each other to give each customer a wonderful experience. I will come back again and again! Thank you for a great job on my hands and feet, they look and feel amazing!!!

Best atmosphere for anyone who is easily overstimulated. They play soft music and have the volume from the tvs all the way down. I like the funny prank shows they always have playing. Lightens the mood. Not to mention they take special care …
