I love Jade Nails! Seriously the best in the business. I’ve never had my nails last as long as they before coming to Jade Nails. They stay perfect for weeks! The owner, Mimi, is not only talented and a master at her craft, but she is also so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Mimi is helpful and patient when i can’t decide on a color! Which is no easy task. Jade Nails has a wide enough selection to make sure there is something for everyone. And they are always getting new, fun colors! I go out of my way to only come to Jade Nails! Seriously the best, and i just adore Mimi!

I've been coming to this salon for at least five years, maybe longer. I'm in my 40s and have been getting my nails done since age 18 across several states. This place has some of the best nail technicians in the West, hands down. Last year, I moved away from this salon because their pedicures were not great and way below par - 30 seconds of perfunctory heel care (no real scrubbing - I had to scrub my own heels at home), 2 minute leg massage, which was useless and irritating for the price. They've upped their pedi game since then, and I hope that sticks. There's still one nail tech who refuses to use pressure during the massages even when you beg. She doesn't listen and is incredibly rude and stubborn - the only bad seed in this salon. She needs to be fired pronto. Sorry, but she's the reason I left this salon to see if better pedis existed (and, yes, they do - please pay attention, Jade Nails). That's the one complaint I have, and I hope management figures it out soon. I love this place otherwise. Heidi was an impeccable manager, but the new owner is lovely too.

Granted I went on Memorial Day. Only two people were working but I had an appointment. Seriously no time was taken for my pedicure, scrub or shaping my nails and cuticles. He had me done completely in 5 minutes and I still had to pay full price. I went home and had to shape my own nails. I don’t plan on going back.-updating, literally hours after I left this review, not even a full week of having my nails done, the gel peeled off in the pool.

**updating my review** So I've been getting my nails done here for a few months now. Could not be happier! I don't believe I've been to the same person twice. That's really mainly because I work alot and I actually live out of state but stay in Utah during the week for work - so my appointments are often last minute. But I fully trust all of the ladies at Jade! My nails always look great! I went to Annie today. She was so meticulous. She made sure each nail matched its counterpart on the other hand, with regards to exact length, down to the tips of the nails matching perfectly in shape and form. I absolutely love my nails every time! And I'm super picky. You won't regret giving the ladies at Jade a visit!

Went in for a pedi and mani. Vicky did an amazing job! She and the other ladies there were extremely kind and friendly. My nails look amazing and the pampering and massages felt great! Will definitely go back.

Vy does a beautiful job with my nails. She always tries to fit me into her schedule and works quickly and efficiently during my appointment. She is good to share ideas of the newest colors and styles that are popular as well. Always does a great job and I appreciate her so much!

This is the best nail place I have been to! What really meant so much, is that they treated my young daughter as a serious customer and provided her with an excellent experience! She wanted both a deluxe pedicure and short shapely acrylic nails with a design/nail-art, for back to school. My sister and I also had an outstanding experience! We were able to relax and catch up and laugh a little, while being pampered! I will be coming here everytime! (So many other places don't treat kids well and my daughter has always been an afterthought.) So we were so happy to come here, where they were incredibly attentive and made her day wonderfully special, with nails she can be proud of...!

Vy is an amazing nail artist at Jade Nails. She is always very pleasant and flexible to go to. She is very talented and is open to my designs and requests. The place is clean and relaxing and you are going to love the attention they will give you.

I’ve been coming here for 17+ years. We have a girls night once a month and there’s a reason we keep coming back! Excellent service and experience every single time. We love Jade nails!

I absolutely LOVE ❤️ going here! Tami always takes the best care of me. The place is clean, friendly and welcoming! Even when they’re super busy! They always welcome you and make sure you are taken care of. The Staff is friendly to everyone! I’ve been so impressed with everyone, I always tell people to come here.
