Kim's Nails

Can’t refer no one here without getting threaten or cursed out by nail tech name Jennifer campos. She unprofessional messaged me and then when I called to speak to a manager she answered disrespectfully and said that the establishment doesn’t need none of “my people”. I will never again refer anyone here. We had issues in the past but I was over it. I was kind enough to over look it and refer my friend and this is what I get. Never again.

I went in to Kim Nails around 5pm. This is my 3rd visit. I said I wasn’t going to return after the second visit because I feel like they do mediocre work and the price is not worth it. But I knew they would not have many people so I chose to go back today. Yes, they are friendly and nice but my service tonight was not great. I’m not sure of their names, but a young girl designed my nails and I feel like because she was ready to get off she was in a rush. I am not pleased with the outcome. I will not be returning, in the future please let your young employees know that people are spending their hard earned money for a service. Give your all to those customers until the job is done no matter what the time is!!

My daughter and I visited there today for the first time and they seem pretty nice initially, but I felt rush. The young lady that did my toe designs did not too a good job at all. The designs on my toes looked different. I don’t think we will visit there again.

I have always been a customer at Kim’s Nails in Zachary. The techs here are amazing and friendly, I’ve been coming here since I was in high school, the techs will remember you whenever you come in, I recommend them to any and everyone!!

Liam and lillie were very professional, respectful, and kind. They really went above and beyond to get my fall nail inspo picture just right. I had a refil done and thank goodness he reshaped them perfectly much better than my nails were before. There is a reason KIMS Nails has been in business in Zachary for 30+ years. They care and take pride in their craft. Thank you very much.

They were awesome !! I very rarely go to a nail salon and am able to have both my hands and feet tended to at the same time . They are speedy , wonderful communication and attitudes and the nails are beautiful !!

Visiting from out of town - scheduled last minute appointment for mani/pedis. Service was excellent. Staff were all very nice - enjoyed chatting with everyone! Would highly recommend.

Hello. We went to get our homecoming nails here and the Job and service were terrible. I get my nails done ever 3 weeks at a Different salon that was closed today. I am incredibly disappointed with what I received. We asked for A set of French tip nails and showed them a picture and received gel nails. for 2 poor manicures and a pedicure it was 130 dollars. I am extremely disappointed and will not be coming back.

We had 5 of us who called 2 places with high stars between Central & Zachary to see if they could handle a party of 5. The one in Central just said no, not enough help & hung up. Kim’s Nails said when, we said now, they said now, we said yes, they said Ok. When we arrived, several of the ladies greeted us & immediately sat all of us in the areas we wanted to be. They were very attentive & very thorough. They did not rush any part of our stay & they talked to us the whole time. It wasn’t any of this talking between each other in their own language that we couldn’t understand. We all felt comfortable & enjoyed everything. They invited us back & even told my daughter when she comes back to our city to make sure she comes to see them. Don’t go to these other places, go to Kim’s Nails in Zachary, you won’t be sorry your did.

Never been to the one in Zachary La but the new one on Airline Hwy does a great job. Excellent Customer Service, Beautiful Nails,Variety of Polish colors, Great Pedicures ...Convenient parking....... Thumbs Up to this business. Haven't been here in a while passing by customers are limited very few now....??????
