Lacee Knapp was super nice and took her time with my bang trim. It was actually the first time a stylist has taken any time at all with my trim and she did a really nice job. Because of that I am making an appointment with her in the next couple of weeks to do an actual haircut. Thanks Lacee! I had my haircut and Lacee did a great job! I'll be going back to her for future hair styling.

The actual haircut took 10 minutes. The waiting time is the issue. I checked in online at 2:08pm for a 2:30pm haircut. There were 3 people ahead of me. Fine. At 3:46, the stylist was ready. I was done and paid by 3:58. The system needs some improvements. I was under the impression check-ins would be time stamped and processed in that order. I understand they take walk-ins. I would remove the online check-in option if you are not going to honor it.

The stylist was awesome. Took her 45 minutes to comb out my daughter‘s hair because of all the nuts and she was very patient with her and got it all done washed her hair and then cut it the way she wanted it.

I would highly recommend this Supercuts. Sierra, my barber, was friendly, attentive, and gave me exactly the haircut and beard trim I was asking for. If you need your ears lowered or your mug cleaned up, this is the place to go!

I’ve been going to this Supercuts for the last 15 years and having Debbie cut my hair Debbie is nice personable and respectful and she always does a very nice job on my haircut. Debbie is awesome. I highly recommend her for anybody who’s looking for a decent haircut

I was a walk in and they got me right in was very friendly and cut my hair the way I wanted it. They were even great and let me take the time to deal with my upset autistic son who was upset cause my hair was getting cut. They did really great with both my boys. I would definitely recommend them and I will be returning to them for my next hair cut.

Alyse was great. Even though there was many walk-ins, she was able to get me in and taken care of in a reasonable time. I would say, the app needs work so she isn’t alone and doesn’t feel rushed; however, she did a fantastic job and was beyond professional and great.
