Super disappointed, went in for a hair cut. Not a soul insight as far as customers. Only wanted a trim and was told they were fully booked... Hair cut would of taken about 15 min, especially it being a Thursday afternoon, with no customers in the business. Would becoming back.

I was going to come and leave a review right after but I felt like I needed to sit on it for the a bit to see how I felt at the end of the day. I felt compelled to write this because I felt like I was swayed to come here and to select Robin based on the reviews only to be completely let down. I booked with Robin based on the amount of reviews that she received that was super positive, I had came back to review them again and checked out the negative comments to see that someone else's hair was also butchered by her, and I really feel like I can save someone the trouble by putting my experience here. I'm not super fussy about my hair. I came in with the intentions of chopping most of because my hair was damaged by bleach. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and told her I didn't want my bangs that short, and showed her with my hand that I wanted my bangs to start here below my nose. As she was cutting my bangs I closed my eyes as her has were in front of my face, as soon as she cut it and I felt the hair fall onto the front of my face I made a noise because I felt how short it was. There was nothing to be done at this point as it was already cut, so I let her continue. At the end of it my hair looked nothing, and I mean nothing like the photo. She told me that it did and that my hair was thicker so it looked different, at which point I told her I had asked her to lighten it and I am assuming she didn't do it because she didn't know how. She kept telling me how cute it was and I told her that it's not what I had expected or wanted and I asked her for gel or something so that I can see what I can do with my bangs. Her response was that if I gave it a week it would grow out a bit and that I was just in shock. I am sure if you saw the video in the store I just kinda laughed because at that point what else can I have done? I came in with hair two inches below my shoulders with no bangs to walking out the store looking like Lord Farquaad from Shrek. And I am saying this with a sense of humor because seriously, there is nothing that can be done now except curl my hair so it has some you of volume and texture and to use bobby pins and wax or gel to pin down my crazy ass bangs. I would say that it wasn't an expensive cut, and that I probably got what I paid for but that would be minimizing the other people that work at similar places that has the skill to cut hair. I know that this isn't the kindest review and I'm sure Robin and a person is really great but this solely based on how I felt when I left there and how I am feeling now after letting myself adjust to my hair. It goes without saying that I would not return to this location and that going forward I would be willing to pay more money elsewhere. I regret going in today but it's only hair and it will grow back, thankfully. Please save yourself from have a whack job done to you. This was the worst experience.

Lisa has done a wonderful job with my hair several times, both for coloring and cutting. Very patient, and she was able to help fix my mess of a growing in undercut to make it look natural with the rest of my hair. I can't thank her enough, and it was always a delight to chat with her <3

The worst honoring appointments! Two months ago I had a 9 o'clock appointment and nobody showed up until 9:25! Yesterday I made an on line appointment for 1:30. I waited until 1:40 when somebody came out front and told me they couldn't do my hair. NEVER AGAIN!
