I brought my son and myself in for haircuts with Jasmine at Supercuts, and she did an outstanding job. She was welcoming, kind, and made the whole experience comfortable. Both haircuts came out perfect—clean, sharp, and exactly what we wanted. What stood out most was how efficient she was without ever making us feel rushed. She balanced professionalism with friendliness, which made the visit enjoyable from start to finish. I highly recommend Jasmine if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their work and their customers. We’ll definitely be coming back to her again!

Quick and short wait. Cut was fine. In and out in 15 minutes. Less expensive than many barbers. Advance reservations not necessary but permitted and followed. My hair or lack thereof does not require the skills of a movie hair cutter, but that does not detract from the skills of the young woman hair cutter.

I would like to give a huge shout out to Jasmine, this was our first time there , when we walked in the door she immediately greeted us and told us to have a seat and she would be with us shortly. When it came to entering our name and phone number into the computer I explained to her that my adult son is a brain cancer survivor and has has internal tubes in his head that cannot be hurt by a haircut as they are all internal and I just wanted to make sure she would still be comfortable cutting his hair (as a lot of hair stylist are not ) she did not blink an eye she said yeah thank you for telling me and called him back to cut his hair , she was very nice and talked to him during the hair cut and he even asked if she could wax his eyebrows which she did after the cut , the haircut and eyebrows look amazing, she is kind and respectful and even asked me if I liked it when everything was said and done if I could give ten stars I would, needless to say she is the true meaning of treating people with kindness, she is an asset to your company! We will definitely be back to see her in the future

I’ve been to this location before, and he gotten good service in the past, but not this time. I walked in and sat down, and they acknowledged me. Then two other customers came in behind me and were helped ahead of me. One of the stylist told the other stylist That I was being skipped, she looked at me and then went ahead and skipped me anyway. That was super rude whoever you are you old bag! I didn’t tip and you guys did not deserve one. Work on your customer service skills and do better next time.

My stylist was great. The cut turned out to be just what I wanted. The issues I have are, 1. It'll allow you to book ahead at any time in 15 minute intervals, even if there'll be a wait when you get there. 2. It says to let the app know when you arrive and it'll tell you how long the wait is, but then there's no response when you let it know you've arrived, so you have to wait until you enter the store to know how long the wait is, even if you had booked ahead.

I would not recommend going to Supercuts if you care about your beard. I asked for a simple beard trim, and they completely messed it up. My beard is now uneven and crooked, and it looks like they had no idea what they were doing. It’s clear they don’t have the training or skill to handle beard shaping properly. I left looking worse than when I walked in. If you need a haircut, maybe it’s fine, but for beard trims, avoid this place at all costs.

Martha was wonderful! I brought my small son after another establishment cut his ear and gave him an AWFUL haircut. Martha was able to make it look so much better, and she was so sweet and gentle, she made him feel so much better after a pretty traumatic cut a few days ago. She’ll be his new designated hairdresser for sure.
