Booking online at Julia Grace Salon is super easy, but the real star is Alexis. She is hands down the best hairdresser I’ve ever had! Only Alexis touches my hair because she always nails the cut and style perfectly. She has an incredible talent for knowing exactly what works and makes me feel amazing every single time. If you want the best, go to Alexis!

My stylist, Clara, was so great! She did an excellent job on my hair and was clear about the process, pricing and very professional. I felt that I was in capable hands. When I arrived I was offered coffee or a drink. The overall vibe was boutique hip and was clean. The staff was friendly too. One thing I thought was so great was a questionnaire before the appointment asking what level of interaction I wanted from total silence to talkative. I chose in the middle, and it was perfect. Overall experience was 10/10, I will be back.

She was very nice and personable and engaged in conversation. My only suggestion would be make sure nail polish is fully dry(more than 5 min) before letting person go. Or give open toe slippers to wear. My Big toe on my Roght foot when I got home was smudged and clumpy. But the rest of my toes look good.

I guess what I'd kinda say is it's not really a place for guys to get a haircut, if you're looking for a better cut than just someone who grabs a razor had been coming for a few years and noticed a bit of deterioration lately most recent time was legitimately bad. talked about texture and layering, didn't really get either. had to really guide the stylist. and I mean to the point that she hadn't done anything in an entire area, and I had to tell her just to do *something* basically nothing was in line, even the back was uneven. noticed by the time I got back I really didn't get a haircut. was still like $65 or so with tip (they charged me even more than a men's haircut, believe it or not) was just really bad business. I even tried to contact them (I had gotten the cut specifically before going on a short vacation...that was the point of the cut! haha) and they said they wouldn't fix because I wasn't getting back from vacation early enough. just really, really bad business for a repeat customer over years. I gave them several pictures showing everything. they're probably better with women...but like, the stylist didn't even touch up anything on my sideburns even, like the most common area for guys. I hope they can course correct. but I won't be going back. wouldn't have written the review if I didn't get the completely silly "sorry we're going to charge you again to fix this" response
