Gel Polish Bar

I feel like my appointment was super rushed. Massage chair sucked. Barely got the dead skin off my feet. And the girl probably said one word to me. Do not recommend, there are far better places in West Bend!

Love coming here!! Service is consistent and accurate to our requests. They get them done very quick too. Love this place, great nails.

Absolutely amazing experience! Came in here after a bad day with my little sister. My nails are absolute perfection. This was the perfect pick me up that I needed after a long day. My sister is currently getting hers done by mine are fabulous and I’m in love with how sweet the staff was to fit us both in

They did an amazing job! I wanted specific designs done and they were able to get it really close to the picture i showed them! Very friendly too! I attatched pictures with different lighting. The blue is the most recent one done by the young man (i didnt get his name :/) but he did an AMAZING job and took his time but yet was still fast. The pink and green was done by Susie and i also felt she did an amazing job! I had great conversation with Susie and could relate a lot to her as a mom.

Susie is the best! She always makes sure I love my nails! I’ve been coming here for 3 years, she always takes extra care to get the details right!

after a long day of working and a desperate need for a mani-pedi, i went in to gel polish bar with no appointment, on a saturday, about 2 hours before they closed and i needed a gel mani/pedi french tipped. i know that this is a recipe to make any employee in the service industry miffed, but kevin and penny from gel polish bar? no problem! they took me in like family, joked with me, and confirmed that everything looked great before they put the light on the gel. my nails were chipped with a lot of dry skin, and my toes were cheaply painted (by me) before i went in. leaving? they were in perfect condition for the event i have on saturday, and there is no doubt that they will stay perfect before then. thank you penny, kevin, and the rest of the gel polish bar crew!

I will never be back. The gel nails started popping off within 12 hours like they were never even adhered. I lost 3 nails within the first two days. The rest popped off within 7 days. I was on a trip and had to hide my hands. Talked to the owner to get my money back and she refused. Waste of money.

They have a receptionist which is so nice. Not taking the nail technician away from the client they have. The receptionist I wish I knew her name helped me pick out color from a picture I showed her. My nail technician was amazing. Got the dip nails I love them my nails aren’t sore like after an acrylic fill. I definitely found the spot to go. I’m only going here! UPDATE: I still go here and never a complaint from this lady never will thank you for always doing a great job and for being understanding about my shaky hands!

Susie was amazing!!! She was friendly, professional, and was very gentle with the drill!!! This was my first time going to the Gel Polish Bar!! I was nervous at first because I am very picky about my nails and who does them! I would definitely go back! They have great prices too!!!
