Great Clips

My husband came home tonight with this haircut. I think the photos speak for themselves. Unfortunately there is no blending of the layers and it ended up looking like a 3 year old hacked at it with scissors. Not to mention all the neck hair still?? Going to get it fixed somewhere else in the morning. Sad he paid and tipped for this.

Decided to treat myself to my first haircut in over a year. I’ve never regretted anything more!!!!! I went in with LONG hair down to my butt. Asked for it to be cut to about mid-chest level, and left with it barely over my shoulders. I told her more than once where I wanted it. She said “okay, we’ll start there and see if you want to go any shorter.” I had my glasses off (per her request) while she cut it, so literally could not see how short she was going. She cut another 4-5 inches shorter than I asked her to!!!!!! There was no “seeing if I wanted it shorter” she just chopped away and sent me on my way. I am emotional over this. I hate it. It’s choppy, it does not blend well, and IT IS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR! 😞

I went in for just a neck trim. They zip right up the back like they didn't hear one thing I said. Then didn't even it out... Like zero effort to do anything to listen or correct anything.

1 Star — If I could give zero, I would. They messed my friend’s hair up so bad I literally teared up. I don’t know what they were trying to do, but it looked nothing like what he asked for. The cut was uneven, sloppy, and honestly disrespectful. It looked like they gave up halfway through. No fade, no shape, just chaos. We walked in with confidence and walked out in silence. Do better. Im always very comfortable having my hair cut at Great Clips. Keep my records up to date so no matter who cuts my hair its right on track. Facilities always clean, ppl friendly and always leave feeling good.

They messed my brothers hair up so bad. don’t go here, he asked for a trim and the lady cut most of his hair off and it was so uneven. Go somewhere else that has cheap prices and hairstylists that can actually cut hair.

They messed up my big brother haircut today at great clips and now my big brother is crying about it and he had to pay 160

I recently got a haircut from a stylist whose name I unfortunately didn't catch. Despite that, she did an amazing job on my haircut, and I was really impressed with her attention to detail. Throughout the process, she consistently asked for my feedback to ensure that I was satisfied with how the haircut was shaping up. It was evident that she approached her work with a great deal of passion and dedication.

I love going here to get my haircut. They have a short wait time especially when they have a check-in online option. My favorite stylist there is Raylynn. All the staff are friendly and courteous.

Only good thing about here is it’s the fastest you can get in some where if you are impatient. Bad thing is, most of the workers cannot cut hair and when they get super busy- they are super rude. We like to call this place “Tweaker Clips”.

Were very busy. Had only 2 stylists working. I had a 62 minute wait and by the time I was done it had grown to 109 minutes. Stylist did a great job. She told me they had a bunch of employees quit.

I prefer "walk-in" verses making an appointment. Online check-in was very easy and got right in as soon as I walked in the door. I had a bad haircut a few weeks earlier (not at Great Clips) and Teri fixed me up. She did a great job and was quite pleasant. Recommend!

Took my 4 kids in to get their haircuts here. 3 out of 4 stylists were amazing. However, Teri is the worst. Untalented, unprofessional, and extremely rude. I am very dissatisfied with the service here solely because of Teri. She needs to be retrained or replaced.
