I had an excellent experience! The stylist was attentive and carefully listened to my needs, ensuring every detail of my request was met. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making me feel right at home. I highly recommend this place!

After a bad experience with the sports clips closer to us we tried this one. My youngest is not a fan of getting his hair cut. He is scared and mostly cries the whole time. While I understand this can be difficult and a challenge to get done it does not warrant an attitude or lack of patience on their part. So when I tell you we were greated by ki ki and the patience and understanding and how she treated my son after the experience we had at their other location it literally brought tears to my eyes. This woman took her time she did not force my child. She did not hold his head or anything. She made him feel comfortable she went at his pace. Got down on his level. She told him what was going to happen she explained the tools and showed how they worked and let him hold them. She was able to get my sons hair cut WITHOUT crying.

I arrived to the sports clips at approximately 6:48 PM on a Friday night. They open sign was visible and illuminated and the sign read that they were open until 7 PM but when I entered the building, I was greeted with a friendly hello then immediately told that they were closed for the night Now, I understand that I walked in a little late in the evening, only minutes from the closing time. But whatever happened to the integrity of businesses staying open until that closing minute and if you walked in the door at 6:59, you were still served? My opinion if a business is closed, the open sign should not be lit up And the door should not be open and if you run a business that is open for example from 8 AM to 7 PM, then you should take customers all the way up until that closing minute because it service like that that set you apart from today’s society, which is what we really all Could use getting away from times have changed and not for the better in my opinion people are lazy and do not wanna work so much for good customer service and so much for five star rating my opinion this business could use some restructuring.

I had a great experience here with Cindy as my stylist. She did a great job with the cut, shampoo and massage, and she even recommended a scalp treatment.

My hair stylist Cindie T. gave me a senior MVP hair cut, shampoo wash and a hair/scalp massage plus a machine massage on my back/shoulder muscles that was excellent dor Veteran's Day this past Saturday at the Short Pump Sports Clips location! I received excellent customer service and a great hair cut, also! I had a great day and excellent customer service while at Sports Clips!

KyKy has done an amazing job with my haircut today. She went above and beyond to make sure that I'm comfortable with the way my skin fade looks!

I have been going to Sports Clip on Brook road for over 4 years. Every vsit has been satisfying in regards to the MVP experience and ultimately the hair cut. I've changed my hair style a little over the years and the stylist have been very helpful in understanding what I ask for and providing a satisfying hair cut.
