Salon 43

Jennifer gently pulled me out of hair hell. My last few cuts left me wondering, what in the world happened to my hair? I used to be able to style it no matter how it had been cut. My hair is thick, with big-ish, absorbent hair strands. A medium length pixie cut. I'm all gray, so I like to get a full head of light brown color with sunny highlights. Of course I couldn't find the picture I had been holding onto for weeks, but Jennifer said not to worry she would ask a few questions and poke around in my hair. She nailed it The best color I have ever had a wonderful style and cheerful banter. The overhead music was really nice to listen to, I commented on it and was told that it was a track that Jennifer had put together. I have booked my next appt. They have a book on line feature I love, it's easy to use😉. The appt I booked was just made a few days before my appt. Jennifer has generous hours so i was able to get a late afternoon time slot. This hair salon welcomes walk-in's. I highly recommend Jennifer, she's talented and a pro. I have never recommended anyone before, and I've had my fair share of years. 👍👍👍.

Hi this was my first time at Salon 43 and I have found the best hairdresser ever! Jennifer is not only very talented and skilled, she's honest and very nice. To find all of these qualities is rare. I'm soo happy I found my place and most of all my hair lady. She's great just can't thank her enough ❤️

Jennifer did a wonderful job and my hair looks fantastic. I asked for a copper color and received the a luxurious, multidimensional copper that is very shiny. I'm excited to go back!

Marina is a genius! I went to her for a massive color correction process and to go from box color red to blonde. Marina gave me an outcome that was beyond what I was hoping for and the best part is not only is there zero damage to my hair, it was healthier after the processing! You can tell that she loves what she does because so much care, knowledge and excitement goes into her work. I cannot recommended her enough. She also gave me a stunning hair cut. Thank you Marina!

We are visiting from out of town an my daughter wanted a cut an color. We met Jennifer an she was amazing, helped my daughter's hair vision come true. She did a great job an I was so happy to have someone who had real experience an knowledge. Absolutely amazing lady.

Jennifer did my hair and she is AMAZING! She was so cheerful and fun; she's very interesting to talk to. She has a super warm, relatable, worldly energy! My hair looks amazing, and compared to prices on the west coast, where I'm from, the price for services at Salon 43 is reasonable. I also enjoyed the atmosphere. Everyone in there was just cheerful and nice. Fantastic place!

I went and seen Jennifer yesterday at Salon 43. Like always she is very friendly and knows exactly what your hair needs. She did a fantastic job! I will definitely continue to go see her for all my hair needs!

I am a VERY particular hair client. I have been Cutting and Perming my own hair since I was 12. The only thing I can't do is my own highlights because you cannot purchase strong enough peroxide bleach without a beauty license. I have been to many other salons and have NEVER been able to find anyone who was able to cut my hair right. I wear it long and it has many layers and a very specific taper around my face. I went to Salon 43 for the first time today because many of my girlfriends have gone to Marina there and their hair looks great. So I took the plunge. I went for highlights and decided to be brave and have her cut it as well. I cannot express how pleased I am with her cut !!! I'm amazed ! Marina was able to do it exactly as I like it. Plus, she did just the right amount and right color highlights. My hair is absolutely perfect !!! ...and if you knew me you would know that I RARELY say that. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you give Marina at Salon 43 a try. I would even recommend her if you wanted to be brave and try a new style.

In all of my 50+ years of haircuts, never have I ever had a haircut and highlights as bad as what I received at salon whatever! My biggest regret EVER!! I wanted a highlight with lowlight emphasis on the LOW light and a trim! What did I receive? 4-5 inches cut off in a straight line no blending no razoring but a blunt straight line! My layers were also done in a straight line with zero blending! And I left with more highlights than I walked in with. Where were my lowlight? Guess how my highlights were applied? With a wooden stick!!! Old school way I was told by my stylist! Should have left then but hard to leave with half a head of foils! I called the owner to request a refund and was told that I left with my hair wet so my stylist wasn’t able to see her “work”. No one should have seen her work! Yeah I left because I was on the verge of tears and completely distraught! Cost me $180 for the wreckage and the correction cost at a salon the very next day cost me $355 and 4 1/2 hours in the chair. The extensions I am having installed are costing $2000!! My hair is a wreck because of salon 43 and since I’ve not heard back from Marina about my refund, here I am warning you….DO NOT go! If she’d understood how to run a salon and how to make good on bad horrible disgusting service and not receiving what you’d requested maybe I wouldn’t be here. Yet I do feel compelled to warn people to never use salon 43!!! The floors were dirty. Clumps of dust in the corners and just not a modern esthetic at all. Very 1980’s vibe! This place does not deserve to even be called a salon. They should be ashamed and embarrassed by their lack of requested service , their integrity to fix or refund the cost of their services for unhappy customers and respect for their clients. The number of years they’ve been in service has zero to do with their lack of customer satisfaction!! Please do NOT use this salon!! Photo is salon 43 butcher job showing the straight lines.
