KIM IS SOOOO GOOD. I drive a 3 hour round trip just to come to her. Every set of nails she has done has been so so so phenomenal and I am just blow away every single time. Not only does she absolutely NAIL the shape every single time (no pun intended 🤭), but her artwork and creativity is next level. She is the artist I’ve been looking for for yearsssss and I recommend her to literally everyone, even in other states lol. I truly can’t recommend her enough she deserves so much recognition. I’ve gotten three sets from her and each set has lasted me 6 WEEKS with no lift and no breakage. Each time I come, I have a more intricate design request than the last (see pics. The basic floral was set one, the koi fish set was #2 and the swan set I got today and cannot stop showing off to everyone and anyone 😆) and each time she blows my mind. I’d give her all the stars if I could, but she’s absolutely 100000/10. Thank you Kim!!!!

I’ve been going to Kim for months now, and she’s truly the best! Her pedicures are so relaxing and always done with so much care, and my dip manicures come out perfect every time. She always listens to what I want and gives the best suggestions, ones I’ve always loved! I really appreciate how kind, patient, and detailed she is. Every visit feels like a little self-care treat, and I always leave with beautiful nails and a smile. Highly recommend her and the staff at Greenfield Nails.

Came in to get my nails done before my wedding and was super excited, especially since this place had great reviews. The tech that did my pedicure did great, but the tech who did my nails got visibly frustrated when I asked her to fix something the depth of the nail (the powder was caked on and uneven). She then did not coat my whole nail bed with polish so I asked her if she could redo the nail. When she went to fix it she ended up putting on more coats of the shear pink that I wanted (instead of filing off and repainting which I asked for) which changed the entire color of the nail. I once again requested this be fixed because it looked different than all the others. Still frustrated, she went to town with the electric file on my cuticles and underneath my nail bed, causing the skin to be raw and bleed. In doing so, she filed the nail length down making it visibly shorter than the rest, and I hesitated to ask again that she just redo it. Instead of doing so, she packed on powder and caked it into where my skin meets my nail. It was clear that she was trying to be rough with my nails at this point, which put me in tears. I requested to talk to management, and she told me that “management wouldn’t do anything for me” and that “she’s fixing it”. But after bleeding and having such a horrible experience, I told her I would prefer to speak to someone. Management was very kind and after some back and forth they said they would fix my nails and not charge me. A very nice nail tech did fix my nails, and then when I went to pay for my pedicure I was charged full price for my nails as well, plus a “callous removal fee” (which is listed as an included service on their pedicure menu). I asked the attendant about not being charged for the nails (because they said they wouldn’t charge me) and she said “well we fixed them”. At this point, I was incredibly disappointed and didn’t have the energy to argue. I had planned to write a review about my experience regardless, but did plan on including how pleased I was with the way management handled my very negative experience, but to then have them go back on their word and charge me full price was just bad business. Super disappointed that I’ll now have sores on my fingers because of an angry nail tech only to pay full price to be injured.

I can only give 5 stars to a specific nail tech. She doesn’t bs you. If you go she has short hair and freckles for a full set but every time I go for pedi there’s always a new charge or fee. Gel removal $10-$15 if I want acrylic added $5 per nail or $65 full set. Gel polish $15. Now there’s a sanitation fee of $2. I get my quote and then at check out it’s like $10 more. Two months ago I paid $65 because they removed my gel polish ok. So I go in two days ago with the polish removed and I got charged $78.. same service nothing different. I’m done. Please put a sign of your fees and added charges. ANYONE WHO READS THIS CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! I just saw I was charged 90$ for this simple pedicure!!!

Went in to get my first pedicure NEVER again with this place! The tech just got up and left without saying a word three times throughout my service. left my toenails rough and worse than when I went in, barely touched any of the callous on my feet. I’m just upset because my girlfriend who sat right next to me while it happened got a wonderful service and I’m just so disappointed it was my first pedicure and I was unsure of how bad a job they did until I got home.

My daughter got her nails done by MiMi and she loves them. My daughter wanted a flower design and Mimi took her time to make sure that my daughter was happy. My daughter is 8 and this experience means everything for her and myself. I got a mani pedi done by Kim and my nails look beautiful! Thank you Mimi and Kim and we are excited to see you again!

Update: I looked down this morning and noticed that the polish on my right big toe is gone, leaving a big circle of missing polish in the middle of my toe. It has been less than two weeks since I got the pedicure. My daughter also mentioned that her nails chipped quickly after her manicure there and that was not going back there. I am certain I will not be returning either. Why pay extra for gel?? Mani/pedis cost enough now days to warrant quality service delivery. I am disappointed. Original post:The person performing my pedicure put the gel used for for callus removal on the skin of my toes on both feet resulting burns on my toes on both feet. She was slow to remove it when I brought to her attention. The burns were noticeable the following day along with her not covering my entire pinkie to with the gel polish I paid extra for on the right foot. She also said something to another employee and tossed her hands up when I asked for a complimentary soda. I liked this place on my initial visit, but this experience has me seriously questioning whether I will return to this shop.

Kim is an amazing and talented artist! Every single design I have ever brought her she has made even more amazing than the picture. 🥰 the photo doesn’t even do the amazing art justice. So in love with every set

I found my new nail salon! Pretty shocking experience..... in an EXCELLENT way. I have been getting mani & pedi's since youth and never experienced the care and attention to detail. They give their best from start to finish. You'll see. Good lookin' out GFN...👏🏼👌🏻👍🏻 A last second stop and they squeezed me in. (I would suggest an appt FRI-SUN) 😉 YW

Jenny was so great! She did a great job with with my chrome French tip nails and I can’t wait to go back to her again!
