Great Clips

My husband and I both went to get haircuts a couple of weeks ago and we both had Kristin help us. My husband's hair looked great as it always does when Kristin cuts it. It was my first time in 4 years and my intention was to donate at least 12 inches. Kristin was able to get 16 inches for donation and I have never been so happy with my hair. Thank you for an amazing experience and great cut!

I went in to get a trim, and asked the woman to give me layers. She trimmed my hair and didn’t put any layers in and made a rude joke saying “we’ll have to use a weed whacker for that”, referring to adding layers. Very unprofessional and uncalled for. I went in for a simple haircut, not to be made fun of. I’m never returning to this establishment ever again.

Margarita is a really great stylist and cuts my hair. Excellent every time.

I took my daughter to get a simple trim. A chunk was cut from underneath. WHY? Her hair is long and more than 1/2 down her back. The scissors should not have been anywhere near her neck.

Online check-in was quick and easy. We hardly waited once we arrived. I took both my boys (13 and 9) for much needed hair cuts. Pauline cut my oldest hair and he loves it. He said it was the first time the stylist actually explained and listened to his input and he for once got the hair cut he wanted. I appreciate how she worked with him. Kaila I think her name was cut my youngests hair and she did exactly what I asked. She talked to him about fortnite which he loved! Lol and made him feel comfortable. We normally go to a different location but this one is actually closer to us so we gave it a try. We are glad we did! Thanks gals! ❤️

My husband & I both got haircuts. They cut it exactly how we asked. They verified we were happy with the hair cuts we got from them before we left the store. I also enjoyed that they are open on a Sunday tell 8pm. This is a day that works best for us with our busy, hectic work schedules.

Got a horrible hair style time again and am never going back. Great clip is not for me. My beard was messed up too.

I had the best hair experience really ever with HALEY. She cut my hair so pretty! I was so depressed because the day before I went somewhere else and the lady ruined it and made an uneven beastly mess. HALEY EVENED IT ALL OUT AND MADE IT PRETTY WITHIN 15 minutes. She was amazing. I feel she deserves 10 stars plus— this is a great place!

Horrible experience. The lady who cut my hair (Lara I think) must have been having a bad day because she refused to cut my hair the way I wanted. I only wanted her to trim the back, so when she started cutting the top and saw there was some hair gel in it, she accused me of not washing my hair. For what it’s worth: she could tell that I became annoyed from the conversation, because she finished up the haircut really quickly, which I guess is a good thing. I’ve never left a complaint like this before so I don’t want to be unreasonable, but this lady was by far the most rude employee I’ve encountered at Great Clips.

Staff is kind, but the end results are sloppy, at best.

This location has the best customer service of any I have ever been to. The workers do a phenomenal job with the hair, but are also very kind, friendly, and thoughtful when talking to you. Go to this Great Clips if you want a phenomenal experience!
