Great Clips

Of all the places I’ve been to get my haircut this is my favorite. And I ask for Kayra. And since she has a hand in managing this team I’m sure they’re all good! And I’ve gotten some good deals on a hair products here. Who knew they had blue tinted moose to help with the brassiness of blonde hair?!! Kayra did! Highly recommend.

I love this location and staff, the manager Kayra is truly amazing! I have a son with Autism and from day Kayra treated my son like a rock star, she has always been so patient and compassionate with my son. I’ve been taking my son here for over 10 years and I will never go anywhere else. Her staff has always shown my son the same compassion and patience every time we go in. I love and appreciate them so much and so does my son Austin. Btw, their haircuts are always perfect. Thank you, Terrie

I have been a Great Clips customer for over 30 years. I adore my stylist and the salon I frequent. I always receive compliments on my hair style. Great Clips I. The best!

Awful experience! I am in 😭 tears about what she did to my hair. I tried my best to explain how I wanted my hair cut and showed her pictures and she assured me that she could do it. But she chopped my hair. Then they ran me off because they were closing. The was another lady there who didn't even offer to help the lady who was cutting my hair. She could have just said No I can't I don't know how to cut your hair the way you want.This was literally the first thing I said to her and showed her pictures of what I wanted.And she said Yes I can do that. Well she did not! I had pleof hair to work with. Not anymore! The other woman threatened me. I didn't want to pay for such an awful hair cut but I did because they would have called the police n me. The way that other women was acting. All she did was sit there and watch until chased me away because they were going to close. If they didn't have time for a hair cut they could have said that also Not chop my hair off. I want my money back! They do not deserve to be paid. They were not capable of providing a real hair cut.

I checked in online and when I showed up on time (my name was in the top of the list displayed) she said I had a 30 minute wait. When I asked if it would really be 30 minutes she said yes, but that if I didn't want to wait there was another salon 5 minutes to the south and another 5 minutes to the north. It was obvious she didn't care if she had customers or not.

I stopped in yesterday on 1/19 and Dan cut my hair. It was the best Haircut I’ve ever had! Dan took the time to focus on all the little details that more barbers or stylists pass over. He provided great conversation and exceptional service! Dan is the Man!

I had a fantastic experience! Samantha gave me the exact haircut I wanted. She also shared helpful tips for my dry scalp, which I have struggled with. I even ended up purchasing a product—something I rarely do! Samantha was amazing, and I’ll definitely be back.

Came here for a haircut and my hair was cut way shorter than I wanted. I had pretty long hair (down to the middle of my back) and I was looking to get about 2 inches off. I showed the stylist how much I wanted taken off, but ended up with a shoulder-length haircut - about twice what I wanted taken off :(

This was a terrible experience. I came to this location because two people I knew had a fantastic results for men’s haircuts, both short to super short and hip length hair to medium. I had hair to the middle of my back, and I have a picture here showing it long and kind of curly in the salon before the cut. I asked for a very long bob style, longer than even the example. I showed the younger female stylist on my hair and body where I wanted the longest piece to hit and the shortest. I asked for the more fluffy layers in the back. I asked if she could do that. She said yes. I ended up with the longest not to the middle of my chest, but like 1.5 inches below my chin on one side and maybe an inch longer on the other. No layers. Not the A line cut, just even all around like a medieval page boy. $30 in the trash along with my hair which I have to wait for it to grow out to accomplish anything else with. Don’t come here. Don’t waste your time and money. I’m so upset, both stylists in the salon were practically gaslighting me about how cute it was and that she did a perfect job.
