Rena is best hair cutter person who has ever been blessed to touch this perfect head of hair I have. I recommend going and asking for her, but you won’t deserve it. She is too good a hair cutter, go in while you have the chance because soon she won’t be cutting hair of us common folks. She will be the hair dresser of the stars! 🤩

Worst Haircut! What is wrong with people!?!? My son’s hair naturally brushes forward so we asked the gal to cut it for a forward brush. This is what we got! Literally a chop job! Paid $18 for this! I’m sure I could have done better blindfolded, with my hands tied behind my back and scissors on left foot!

I am left without words. My daughter received the worst haircut of her life here (04/08/2025) at the Knickerbocker location. Respect for client preferences and attention to detail were not granted even when reference was provided. Looks like the “stylist” cut across the bottom (cut over 15” off) and cut across for bangs…nothing close to what my daughter wanted, nothing professional…nothing!! I ask what are the standards of training at this place?

Check in on the app... saved me a good 90 minutes of waiting. Give them your address and watch for coupons. They used to send me 7.99 haircut coupons. Now theyre 9.99 so thats a bummer bit still cheaper than the 12 or 16 bucks it normally is...
