The Bespoke Salon

If you want your hair done right, go here. FRANKIE is a genius. He gave me exactly what I asked for and he took his time to make it perfect. He is a hair sculptor. I came in with a protein fried mop of a mane that I was growing out and he knew the right length, style and soft layering to find the healthy hair I had underneath. I feel like a new woman and I have my confidence back. Thank you Frankie, you are amazing.

What you see in these pictures cost me $625. The picture in the park is what my hair looked like before. I was seeing Brea for the last 2 years. Upon my last visit she told me that she was moving to Chicago. I get my hair done once a year for my birthday, so this year I tried my luck with another hair stylist here, Alysha, and this is how it went. I originally was going to have Alysha fix it, but I was nervous and my friends and family agreed that if the cut was this bad originally that I shouldn't have her touch it again. I understand that it's a rental studio, but thought hopefully the owner would sympathize with me and fix it or have someone else fix it. I left a message with the salon to have him call me back. I never received a call. I told Alysha I was uncomfortable having her redo my hair; she told me either she fixes it or I pay someone else. I asked for my $125 tip back to have someone else fix it while still covering her expenses. She never responded despite a quick back-and-forth up to that point. She didn't look at my reference pictures the day of and she never showed me the back of my hair. She took a lot of pictures and videos and never posted them. She didn't make time to get me in immediately to fix it, which is fortunate because it gave me time to rethink letting her cut it again. The front is uneven and doesn't have the face-framing I wanted. The color is very poorly blended- the only part I like is the blonde at the tips which will have to be cut off to fix the objectively bad cut (I had asked for a U-shape in the back with long layers. very simple). I'm only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because Brea was great. Now I'm going to have to spend another $100+ to have someone else fix my hair. I will never return to Bespoke Salon.

Such a great salon ! I went in for a haircut and the hairdresser I got was amazing made me feel so comfortable! Also the hairdresser answered all my questions I had . The time I spent in that chair was amazing 10/10

Well, like their little halogen light says, believe the hype. So happy to have found this salon! I had a great experience with Lana and was able to get booked very quickly for a time that worked with my schedule. The overall vibe of the salon is very fun and new age you might say. Love the amenities and everyone I interacted with was very kind and inviting. 10 out of 10 will be coming back for all future hair things!

I highly recommend Nina! She fixed my brassy hair to a beautiful blonde! She gives great cuts and is the absolute sweetest. You will not be disappointed!

I was referred here by a former client of Bespoke for a haircut and I was not disappointed. The valet experience upon entry is delightful and the stylist I saw was so knowledgable and passionate. I also often see the owner during my visits and he is truly so kind. The environment feels quite inclusive and everyone is attentive if you need anything. I adore this place and will be back for more haircuts!

Nina is the best hair stylist and colorist. I have never just sat down with so much trust in a person. Her knowledge of hair is mind blowing and I already can’t wait for our next touch up. Update : Nina no longer works at bespoke but Good news !!! nina still works in Scottsdale and at her own place called blonde collective salon. Dm her on Instagram at blondeslovebalayage. Thank goodness! Finding a new hair girl is a nightmare!

Joanna was really sweet and kind when cutting my hair. She made sure I was happy with the style and length before trimming, and did a fab job. I have gotten load of compliments (from other salon owners even) so big props!! Thanks so much!

My hair love story started with Mack 7 years ago, and I haven't loved a hairstylist more! He is so amazingly talented! From cuts, to color, to the best blow outs ever, he's my guy. I love the energy of the salon, it has a great vibe, with incredibly friendly staff. Go see Mack, he is truly a gem!

Love coming to Bespoke and seeing Mack. He is so knowledgeable, skilled, and kind. He always has great recommendations without ever being pushy. From the very first cut I had with Mack, he’s been amazing. I always walk out feeling ten times more confident with how great Mack cuts and styles my hair. I love how modern the salon is and how nice the rest of the folks there are.
