Didn't have a great haircut here and had my ear talked off. I just wanted a cheap haircut, but I might stick to the salons for now! It's just not a place for a girl with long hair that is very particular

I feel like a middle aged mom writing a review, but I have got to say this place is great. I specifically want to mention the stylist I always see, Rachel. I’m extremely particular about my hair, and Rachel knows this. She is so patient with me asking to tweak little spots durning my cut, and I’m always so happy with how it turns out! She is truly amazing!

We stopped by got our place in line for our hair cuts. The girls were very friendly and very pleasant to talk to.Hope to go there again. And hopefully get the same gals again. Can't remember who did our cuts. They did a great job. Thank you.

I have been a client if Great Clips for years. I will admit to having one bad experience. Now that that's been disclosed, all my other experiences have been great! Friendly service, the stylists take the time to get to know you, it's nice and clean, and I don't need an appointment! I can fit a haircut in anytime, especially when I use the online check in. They can get busy but I can let them know I arrived and run an errand in one of the shops nearby. I love not wasting time. I'm definitely a loyal customer!

I come in because of one employee, otherwise I would go elsewhere. Not being able to check in online until 5 minutes after the scheduled opening, but letting people in the doors 10 minutes before scheduled to open is a poor way to ensure customer retention. I waited 45 minutes outside the store before it opened, but when I was able to finally check in there was a 38 min. Wait and all chairs were already occupied at the top of opening hour.

The first couple of times I had my haircut I was asked how I wanted my haircut and she made notes. I specifically told how not to cut the back to short. The last two time's I have been in, my hair has been cut way shorter than I had requested. I will try once more. If not as I requested I will not be back. It would be nice if I could request the same person that I choose.

I took my two year old for a haircut, our wait was very short (less than 10min). The staff at the salon were very nice and made my daughter feel at ease. We got the haircut we requested and it looks very nice.

Great friendly service, super easy online check in to reserve a spot, and absolutely bargain prices at $16 a cut. Love that as a woman I don't have to pay 3 times what a man does to get my hair cut. This is the best no frills deal.

I would suggest you either call the store, or you get online and check in. I went at 9:00 when they opened, and there was already four people ahead of me. Other than that make sure you check to make sure you have your mask and follow all the restrictions. But the service and the cut was great. And not a bad price.
