Gracie is honestly the best. She’s kind, professional, and down to earth which makes it easy being in the chair. Her work is always on point and never rushed. My nails turn out exactly how I want them (if not better!!) and I get compliments on them all the time. You can tell she truly cares about her craft and her clients. As much as I’d like to gatekeep, I recommend her to anyone who asks because she’s unmatched. The results speak for themselves, but her consistency and care have set the bar high for me and I’m grateful to have found her.

I was in Austin for a work trip and decided to treat myself. When I looked up local nail salons and saw Cute Nail Studio I immediately knew I needed to visit. I was lucky enough to snag an appointment with Val for acrylic extensions. I showed up with a vision and a few photos I had pulled together. She totally nailed it! The result was even better than I had imagined. Highly recommend the studio and Val, my experience was perfect!

I was recommended to go to this place by friends. I had “gel nail extensions with simple art” done by Maria Rodriguez. I love them so much! Maria listened to my requests, was real with me, gentle with my hands, and took her time in making my nails perfect. It’s worth it. They make me feel so cute. And speaking of cute, wow the studio aesthetic is immaculate. I feel like this place was made just for me. I loved it. The owner and the front desk people were friendly and helpful. The nail artists were generally kind to each other and seemed happy to be working there from what I could tell as a customer. It was clean and professional and they played a good mix of music. The space is on the smaller side and I was impressed that they have fume extractors at every table. It didn’t have the strong chemical smell of most salons. I heard they just had a new management change before I went so I would pay attention to the more recent reviews. Would recommend! ☺️ (And have recommended.)

Cute Nail Salon is exactly that ! Cute Cute Cute! The staff are very pleasant and professional. Megan accepted to do my custom tattoo last minute. She was professional and a delight to meet and spend time with. Megan drew several sketches to ensure I’d be happy with my vision and offered many choices on size and placement. One of the best , probably best experience getting a tattoo. The outcome was better than I’d hoped for. She gained permanent client !

I don’t get my nails done often, but I do see this becoming a regular part of my monthly self care routine! Loved the atmosphere, the attention to detail, and most of all my new nail girl Jennifer !! I’m a simple girl at heart and she was able to get my beat up hands looking beautiful !

Worst pedicure experience of my life. The one star is for the kindness of the tech. However, the overall service was extremely disappointing. I came in for a simple pedicure with French tips, and it took over an hour just to remove two small pieces of gel polish on my big toes. I honestly could have peeled them off myself before walking in. There are no traditional pedicure chairs—just a thinly padded bench that was very uncomfortable for the entire duration of the service. The setup is not functional for pedicures, and for the prices they charge and the time it takes, you should be able to expect a basic level of comfort. Unfortunately, you will not find that here. The nail tech was very sweet and did her best, but it felt like she was set up to fail by the poor layout and lack of proper equipment. When I raised my concerns, the front desk associate kindly let me know that the owner does not offer refunds—only store credit. In the end, I paid $50 just to have two small pieces of gel removed. I don’t typically leave reviews, but I felt this experience was poor enough to share. I hope this helps someone new to the area who is simply looking for a normal, comfortable pedicure.

This was my first time at this nail studio, and I will absolutely be back! Taylor did my wedding gel extensions, and she exceeded all my expectations. She was so kind and welcoming and is a true artist. You can’t go wrong at this nail salon.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Cute Nails, where I had an appointment with Dustin. Dustin is not only a highly skilled nail technician but also a warm and engaging person. I truly appreciated the time he took to ensure my nails were absolutely perfect. He paid meticulous attention to every detail, from the shape and length to proper gel curing. The final result was exactly what I wanted beautiful, and sturdy. Beyond the nails, I genuinely enjoyed the conversation we had during my appointment. I really wanted to love this place but I've been trying to reach out to resolve some problems for over a week and still nothing. I called to book and was asked to bring cash so I asked them for the total and was quoted one price. Once I paid I realized I'd been charged quite a bit more than quoted. I was later told that was the "starting" price and it could be more, but there was a "mistake" on the website and it didn't say that. I didn't notice immediately because I also bought some stuff from their little store. There were two of us that went and by the next day we both had chipped polish too. It's super cute and I appreciate they pay their employees a good wage, but it was just a dissapointing experience as a customer.
