This is my second time with Hannah. She’s kind, quick and thorough. Excited that I finally found a local spot and her! 🫶🏽 my nail condition and strength and length has improved with her work. Thank you Hannah! I love the gel color suggestion and my nails were sparkling ✨🥰💖 Side note. Can’t remember if I mentioned it before, but it’s a cute salon, massage chairs for pedi station are great, was offered drink , chose water, and was greeted when I walked in ( this time, I called ahead for Hannah) and did a mani pedi with her.

i got a white gel pedicure and a gel manicure with design :) it turned out really pretty, all in all was 2 hours. i went to another nail salon for my last nail set and it took her 6 hours to do a mani pedi so i thought it would take them longer - anyway, everything was great!

I have religiously been going here every two weeks to see Hannah! She is very knowledgeable on her craft and never has a problem with answering my questions or concerns about the process. The salon has a very inviting environment as well, sometimes I have to bring my 5 year old with me and they’ve never had a problem with it. I usually walk in and never have to wait longer than 5 mins to get in the chair (I don’t usually go during rush hours though). This is the first nail salon I’ve been to that has remained consistent with there quality of customer service… Usually in my past experiences once I become a regular the service starts to lack, but not here! Overall I have loved my services at Jolie Nails and will continue returning.

My mother loves this location. This is the most beautiful designed nail salon i have ever seen. The atmosphere is energetic, relaxed very welcoming. Very neat and clean you can tell the staff cleans regularly and ensures the customers has the best experience possible. Staff: amazing, so friendly and polite you get a family vibe from them. I truly enjoy their heartfelt conversations and bubbly personalities. My mom went in for her usual pedicure and gel polish. Our nail tech was super sweet and made my mom feel so much better. we both loved how her feet turned out, im coming back to get my nails done. 10 out of 10 would recommend anyone to come and get your nails or feet done. They have so much to offer at this location and enough staff to handle large crowds.

Love this salon!! Got my nails done while visiting my sister and I cannot say enough good things about Hannah. Her work was stellar, she worked efficiently and she was so nice!! Will be returning to see her every time I’m in Columbia!

Absolutely thrilled with my experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I had a short wait since I was a walk-in but it was under 30 minutes. The manicure itself was flawless, especially the hand-painted design. A big thank you to Alex for taking the time to paint all the details! It was stunningly intricate and exactly like the reference photo I had showed. The salon itself is clean and the quality of service here is unmatched. I would strongly recommend!!

Went in a week ago exactly have had 2 of my acrylic nails break. When I initially went in I had a very sweet older man do my nails and that was about the only positive about this experience. The place is chaotic and unorganized (which could've just been the Sunday rush?) The receptionist I had first experience was a nicer guy, but the lady my second time there was very short and snappy. I appreciate that she fixed it for free the first time. I won't be recommending or going here again to get the second nail fixed.

I went here for the first time and LOVED it!! I’m so picky about my nails and usually getting my nails done is a stressful experience, but I can easily say I will be a regular here. I had Hannah doing my nails and she was so sweet and knowledgeable about builder gel and made it such a great experience! I also got a student discount for being a USC student and I didn’t feel like she was ever trying to pressure me to spend more money!! 10/10 will be back soon!!

I usually love Jolie, but I will no longer be returning. I came in around an hour before close and was told it would be a 30 minute wait, which I understood because I was a walk in. My wait was closer to an hour and I was not offered refreshments or anything. When I was finally sat down, the tech was rushing, which I understand because he probably wanted to leave. However, if that’s the case, I shouldn’t have to pay the same amount as the quality of service was lowered. I did not get time to cure my nails or anything, so I am now concerned about developing a gel allergy. While the color is pretty, my hands are covered in residue from the gel, as a result of him rushing. Also, I am a USC student and was not offered a student discount. I assume Jolie Nails pick and choose who to give good service to. Again, I understand I came a little close to closing, however I could have easily been told they could not accept walk-ins, instead of receiving the shotty job I was given. I would have totally left and gone to another nail salon, but I needed my nails done, most nail salons were about to close, and I trusted Jolie to do the job well. Clearly, I was mistaken.
