The people were friendly however my sisters and I (3 of us) walked in looking for 3 pedicures and 2 manicures. They rushed through us because they were trying to accommodate us before another appointment. I would have preferred they told us they couldn't take us so we could go somewhere else that would have done a more thorough job. Nail polish is uneven and the tips of our nails are rough from a bad file job. Pedicures were rushed and not relaxing.

I have been a regular customer of Nails & Hair Salon Unlimited for over 2 years now. What I love the most is how attentive they are to my father when he comes in to receive a monthly mani & pedi. If I feel like something is out of place or not up to my standards, they are always willing to fix it and make it right. Excellent value.

On Easter almost all places were closed in the Annapolis area. I called and they were open. Despite the business card saying by appointment only on Sundays (and Easter Sunday at that) I was able to walk right in. Yvonne was great and super friendly! She said she was open on a holiday because she has a standing appointment on Sundays with a long time customer. That's amazing customer service! The place was also clean and had accomodations for COVID.

Don't waste your time. I wanted a regular full set which somehow cost $15 more than advertised. She didn't understand I needed her to cut out an ingrown nail so she put the nails over it and it hurts constantly. One nail is crooked as hell. Just don't waste your money like I did.
