Absolutely obsessed with my nails! I came in with a photo of the ombré chrome design I wanted, and Belen did a fantastic job recreating it. She was so patient and made sure everything was just right. The result is stunning—I can’t stop showing them off! If you’re looking for amazing nail art and kind, professional service, this is the place to go.

***Edited***: They're stating below that "I was told to allow my nails to dry on the second trip but I only allowed a few seconds in the machine and removed them" which is NOT TRUE. I inserted my hands in the UV machine TWICE for a full minute for each coat when they "fixed" my nails. Not sure why they're gaslighting me but I fully did as instructed by my technician and the manager, who told me to insert them twice into the machine. Normally I wouldn't be this upset but it's actually unbelievable (and so disrespectful) they keep blaming me for their poor quality work. Don't visit this QQ location. I used to love this QQ location, but the quality has gone way downhill. I had to go in twice because of air bubbles in my nails. The manager, told me I had 7 days to come back if anything went wrong, but when I returned just two days later to fix the issue, she blamed me, saying I “didn’t dry them for long enough.” My technician, Monica, never instructed me to insert my nails into the UV machine twice at any point, so how was I supposed to know? After they “fixed” the bubbles, they reappeared the very next day. Almost $80 down the drain. Definitely not the level of service or quality I used to expect from this salon. They were nice about the situation but unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

I recently got my nails done at QQ nail spa, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I went for a metallic look, mixing silver and gold polishes, and the outcome is stunning. The nail technician was meticulous, so talented and just amazing, ensuring that the polish was applied smoothly and evenly, leaving my nails with a flawless finish. The spa had a great selection of colors to choose from, and I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process. I’m thrilled with how my nails turned out, and I’ll definitely be coming back for my next manicure!

This was my first time at Less&More and I'm incredibly satisfied with the service here. The whole place is clean and the staff here is amazing. Grace, my nail tech, is so sweet and so attentive to detail. She did a stunning job - gave me the exact nail shape and length I asked for and painted them all evenly. It's been about a week and a half since I've gotten them done and they haven't chipped at all. Would def recommend coming here and asking for Grace! Can't wait to come back for my next mani!

"Long-lasting polish" chipped within 12 hours. After I picked my polish and they were about to paint, they told me the one I picked was long lasting and fast dry. It costs $30 (Dazzle Dry Manicure) instead of $20. These polishes weren't labeled. Whatever. I was down for a long-lasting polish. They said it lasts 2 weeks. However, Within 12 hours, 2 of my nails were chipping. By 48 hours later, 5 of them were chipped. I did NOT do any hard work with my hands (gardening, woodwork, etc.). I was so disappointed. And out $30. I do not recommend the Dazzle Dry. I'd rather do my own nails at home.

Made my first appointment here for a pedicure here after reading all the positive reviews online. I am allergic to latex and always ask nail technicians to use non-latex gloves. The manager at this salon acted like I was being difficult for making such a request. She was extremely dismissive, rude, and unapologetic.

This is for the 491 6th Ave location and Jessie was my tech. It’s been a LONG time since I’ve had an old school mani/pedi! The kind of mani/pedi that feels luxurious. The kind of mani/pedi where the tech takes her sweet time. The kind of mani/pedi where you forget that you are on your lunch break and have to go back to work. Everything was exceptional from the massage chair to the customer service. This place is busy (I had to wait 30 minutes for my services) and folks were waiting when I left but they still took their time making sure each customer had a top notch experience. I will absolutely be back

DO NOT BOOK HERE. I never leave reviews but I went here yesterday for a gel mani & Pedi at 2pm, but 6pm some nails had peeled off entirely. Do not book here. Exactly the same thing happened to my pedicure. I understand mistakes happen but for $142 this is ridiculous and unacceptable. Beyond frustrated, a whole load of time and money wasted. Thought I’d seen the manicurist use the top coat instead of a base coat, obviously she has. Unbelievable.

The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The place is small but clean, and the seats at the bar were comfortable. Overall, super happy with my gel nails! I brought in a design and they did a great job with it. She also ensured I can come back to have any issues fixed. Hope it lasts a while!
