Had a wonderful experience. Just went in to get a wash and a trim. The place was empty and I was able to be taken straight back. Tiffany was the one that did my hair, she was so sweet, made sure to ask questions so that she knew exactly what I wanted and did a great job! Will definitely be back to see her!

Friendly staff I was exhausted from work and forgot her name but very professional and friendly, did an amazing job on my haircut! Would recommend everyone use her! Was very thorough with the wash as well and payed attention to how I styled it with the hair dryer and did so flawlessly- Jacob McDow

The lady who cut my son’s hair clearly does not know how to blend at all . It literally looked like she put a bowl on his head and used the clippers ! Definitely not happy with it so I sent my husband back with him to have it fixed ! This is the second time we have had to go back to get his hair redone because they can’t cut it decent at all ! We will not be using this place again. Do better !! Update the lady refused to fix his hair she gave us our money back . Which does not fix his hair though . I’m not sure who she was but she needs to find another job !

I'm a female. Over the years I've been to several salons here in Clanton, and a couple in Pelham. I prefer my hair short, but have not been able to find a stylist who doesn't butcher it. So, I've just let it grow out. With this heat, I couldn't take the longer hair anymore. I decided to give Supercuts a try. I booked my appointment online with Ashley. I showed her a few pictures of what I had in mind. It wasn't just a basic cut. She had to do some feathering, thinning, layering, etc. Ashley worked with me until I was happy with the cut. She was super nice the whole time. I will absolutely be going back to her.

The women there are very sweet and I did have a squirmy baby in my lap but I asked for curtain bangs and they are very uneven. I also asked for a blow dry and my hair was fully dry but not blown out. I’m from up north so not sure if down south is different. But up north when you ask for a blow dry it’s considered fully straight and has some volume. I then asked if she could straighten it since I wasn’t happy with the blow dry and she skipped layers so the under layers were still wavy but the top layer was a bit frizzy and completely flat.

The two ladies at this visit were amazing. They didn’t make me feel down about how I care for my hair. Instead they really took time to show me what I should do and correct products to use. My hair felt amazing.

Pretty good haircut and was quick. The place needs some TLC though as signage inside about costs is not available. Also I did the Tea Tree Experience and I did not get the warm towel on face and the wash on the hair felt rushed. Would recommend only getting the cut and nothing else.

This is the 2nd time my husband has taken our 6 year old son up here to get his haircut. This is the 2nd time they have disregarded what they were told to do to his hair and just cut it how they thought it should look, which is honestly terrible. This will be the last time we ever step foot in this shop. Don't waste your money.
