Lovely people, beautiful place! $54 for a basic gel pedicure (not even needing to remove previous gel coat either), is overpriced. Otherwise, it was a good experience with family friendly energy.

I would like to give an old fashion “shout out” to Emily. She did an exceptional job on my nails and pedicure. I absolutely love them! She has definitely perfected her craft. I also watched Candace do a set of nails as well. The work they do is top notch!!

It is so had to find a place that you feel comfortable with...when I discovered Nail Gem, I felt like I hit the jackpot. The place is super clean, the staff are so very nice and the owners make you feel like you are one of the family. I always leave there with beautiful nails, a smile on my face and looking forward to my next visit.

Since change of ownership back in March the quality of service is not the same. Been several times since and every time my pedi/mani was rushed through. I had to actually bring it to the attention once to the nail tech she forgot some steps. Appointments are never on time. Forget relaxing unless you want to hear employees children running around and being loud. I understand getting in a bind and having to bring them to work, but put a movie on a tablet or in another room. Nail service is not cheap and I expect quality service. I think it is time for a salon change.
