If you’re considering booking here, I suggest avoiding the headache altogether. A true professional welcomes client questions as open communication and will happily provide clarification. That was not my experience with Londyn. Take a look not just at the reviews, but also at her responses—dismissive, defensive, and lacking accountability. Instead of addressing concerns, she blames or claims "ghost reviews." Whether or not she recognizes the reviewer as a client, feedback is part of business, and this platform exists so people can share their experiences. As a nail tech/artist, her insecurities show through in her work. The results lacked quality and retention, and imperfections were noticeable. If you want nails that actually last, be prepared to spend on weekly maintenance. When I specifically asked about the best products to preserve my natural nails and ensure longevity, my concerns were brushed off. The outcome? A nail broke all the way down to the skin on the second day. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—there are far better, more professional nail techs out there.

I happened to be in town for vacation and broke my current set. Looked up nail salons near me and Londyn’s popped up! She got me in right away and provided an amazing French manicure on my natural nails and they look flawless! Not to mention she is the sweetest soul! I’ve had a great experience every time at Nail’d by London in Wilmington! The space is always clean, the staff is friendly and punctual, and they even offer complimentary beverages, which is such a nice touch. Lia is my go-to nail tech — she’s incredibly talented and always nails the designs I ask. I highly recommend this salon if you’re looking for quality service and a great vibe!

I’ve been going to Nail’d by Londyn since September of 2021. My nails have grown beautifully over the course of the past year. Londyn takes her time while doing my nails and pays attention to every little detail. I love that each time I go for an appointment, I receive a personalized experience that is catered to my needs. I love getting beautiful colors and designs. My friends and family are always anticipating what I’m going to get next! Londyn is professional, extremely artistic, caring, and an absolute pleasure to be around!! I love the ambiance, the positive vibes and energy I receive EVERY TIME I go. Although Londyn is my nail tech, she has also become a part of my extended family and dear friend. I am thankful for the bond we’ve built over the past year! She is THE GOAT!!

The Nail’d by Londyn space and atmosphere is beautiful. The owner Londyn is so sweet and did an amazing job on my nails and pedicure. I also had my eyebrows waxed and she did them exactly the way I like them. The service was excellent and included snacks and wine! I will definitely be returning!

As soon as you walk in your can feel the relaxing ambiance. The salon is very clean and they clean the pedicure stations very thoroughly, I haven’t seen any other salon clean them as well as they do. Londyn the owner is very friendly and respectful she creates a relaxing environment for her guests. The work she does is amazing!

I absolutely love my nails they’re gelx and have lasted a long time I go to schedule a walk in and had pricing questions and now they don’t want to service me. I wish the owner the best of luck. So the fact you took the time to respond to just MY review goes to show why you’re not booked and busy. I work long hours all day long so me requesting a nail appointment in the middle of the night is because I have to work to pay my bills and buy necessities and so forth and so on like any other adult. My apologies for going on a website to book my appointment I didn’t think that bother anyone being that the link never closes on the site. And as far as my guests you never once or the other person in the establishment ever not ONCE said they couldn’t be in the building or go in and out. That should have been established that evening not after I requested an appointment and get declined services still with no explanation and I have to see the reasoning online? That’s very unprofessional and giving bothered by a customer giving her honest feedback. I said I loved the nails and meant it. The same way I wished you the best of luck but customers or future customers need to know things like this. Again I wish you and the other young lady the best of luck.

I’ve been coming to Londyn faithfully since moving to Wilmington in December 2021. Londyn is so kind and sweet and has been that way since my initial visit. I’m shocked that folk ignorantly say that she is rude because she is quiet, especially when we go to Asian salons and are barely addressed due to language barriers. While she may be quiet, her level of service, attentiveness and skill has made me a lifetimer! But when we do converse, we laugh and bond. So much so, my new saying to my family and friends is “FACTS” 😂. That’s directly from Londyn. Londyn’s attention to detail and her ability to maintain such excellence, has allowed me to rely on her for other recommendations; from food to waxing to massages and to tattoos, I respect and trust Londyn’s judgement when making recommendations for other service providers. The atmosphere of the salon is clean, relaxing, and gives such a vibe. I love the fact that it’s by appointment only so I can have my own uninterrupted time to get serviced by a true professional. In terms of skill; hands down the best! I’m VERY particular about my nails and I can say in 100% honesty that I’ve never had a bad service. No matter where I go, I’m always complimented on my nails. I’m proud to support this small black-owned business and I will forever be a client. I can only hope that Londyn decides to offer other skin services because she IS a licensed esthetician and can provide other services like body waxing and facial care! 🙌🏽 Definitely worth the money!

Londyn is THE BEST! I literally refuse to allow anyone else to do my nails. My sister and I have been going to her since she opened and have had nothing but a great experience. The atmosphere is beyond what you will experience anywhere else. We have sent many new clients her way and they have had the same great experience. AND WHAT MAKES HER THE BEST is that she is an artist first which means she puts forth effort into everything she does so that it represents her great skills and talent. I am so glad to have Londyn as my nail tech. She is phenomenal!

Not the best experience, unfortunately my gel nails started to peel off later that evening after my appointment. She did give a partial refund but it was huge disappointment.

First time scheduling with this provider. I scheduled through their CHAT application, which was efficient and accommodating. But I was unable to keep my appointment. When I spoke with a receptionist to cancel, she was very friendly and polite. Judging from their excellent customer service, I will soon reschedule.
