Marnette is Image Creator’s best kept secret! She’s just what you want in a hairstylist, a master technician with great hair herself. It says a lot about someone who has been at the same salon for a long time. I absolutely love my haircut and style by her and I feel fortunate to have found her.

I would never recommend this place. My husband had an appointment with Nichole at 3pm today. After sitting there for 30 minutes they told him Nicole meant to call him to reschedule him to 4:30. The staff was unapologetic. I waited for a couple hours before posting this, thinking my husband might get a call from the manager. He has been going to Nicole monthly for about a year. Not sure who manages this place, but if this is how you treat good customers you may want to look for a new job.

Taylor did such a wonderful job giving me the most beautiful purple and pink hair with tinsel too. I felt like a sparkly little my little pony. I love my new hair so much!

I have always found myself switching salons and spas every time I go in for service and I have never found a spa as amazing as Image Creators. I highly recommend you see Olivia and Madison. Both Olivia’s and Madison’s customer service is amazing and I’ve never had a bad experience with either of them. They both care about their clients and want them to have the best experience.

If you are/were a redhead like me, Trish at Image Creators is your go-to girl! She recommended a red that exactly matches the shade from my youth, and I feel 30 years younger every time I look in the mirror! Red is a very difficult shade to get right. Trish gets it right!

Nicole did such a great job cutting my 2 year old’s hair! He hates getting haircuts but she was super patient and friendly with him! Thank you so much

I am sorry to do this... they were given a chance to correct the situation and even made me sign a liability waiver instead of just admitting they couldn't fix what was done... I was hopeful of not having to go somewhere else but it seems I should've and now will have to have this fixed in a couple months... she refused to do any coloring to cover up any discrepancies in the lifting and when she didn't show me the back of my hair and only took a picture of the front for her records I knew something didn't turn out right so I went home and took pictures for my records... liability waiver or not I can still help people avoid a mishap... the lady who did my color correction was supposedly their best she was almost nice about it and I still tipped her for her effort... she was fixing another stylists work where I was supposed to have a nice cascading piece of some vivids which she turned into clown colors and tried to do a full rainbow despite me showing her a picture and making sure she knew how to do it. I had to kick out two of the colors she mixed up as they weren't in the picture at all and I didn't show her a picture with a full rainbow then she starts doing it in blocks and I say no I want it to ombre one color into the next and we did it in a pattern this should be easy yellowish blonde to green to blue ended up with bright yellow and green and hardly any blue then I notice that she didn't part anything right the highlights were thrown in there completely at random and some were so far from the roots they looked months old and grown out having just been done then to tone and cover up anything that didn't lift well we discussed putting rose gold on top of the blonde in the back all over but she added it to my whole head on top of the black she even just did that turned out not to be black she missed the entire front section at the root it looked grown out so bad and was my original hair color at the root compared to blackish I suppose you could call it on the rest the rose gold was magenta pink not rose gold I thought she'd ombre it maybe if the ends didn't pull well and mentioned it but she just did a pink instead from the root...mind you I waited nine months and did nothing to my hair at all so it would lift the first go round and not have to pay for treatment after treatment that ruins your hair...she did dark from root to tip with the supposed rose gold to cover up the tips being just a little bit darker than the rest and mind you this pulled really well with the bleach and would not have needed multiple appts to achieve the lift I wanted needless to say it was a all out mess so fast forward the salon manager agrees and I agree to having them fix it and this is what I'm left with...it needs a second session which was NOT offered to me despite them having to bleach the black to put the blonde back in and cover up the color she did wrong with the black (this really was the only way to fix it) and I think anyone would have had trouble getting the black to lift that was just done but to leave my hair splotchy and uneven like this and having refused to do any vivid to counter it and or offer a second lifting session to get the blonde I had originally lifted too before the first stylist messed up is just unprofessional she should've also probably have left the toner on longer and she could've checked the blonde before removing the foils and removed the bleach from the ones that were done and left the ones that weren't done on for a little bit longer the blonde foils didn't need to all come out at the same time if they were not ready...I have been in a salon chair since as long as I can remember almost since at least 11 years old I have never had so many problems as I've had here and if they couldn't fix it properly they should've just offered me a refund and a second lifting session should've been offered to complete the fix! Now I'll have to pay twice to get what I would've had the first time had the first stylist there not messed up;even if I had liked it; it was done poorly to begin with! Wish I could load pics!!!

While my service itself was fine, the overall experience left me disappointed. The biggest issue? The unprofessional atmosphere. While getting my hair washed, I overheard the shampoo assistant, Kennedy, speaking negatively about her coworkers. It was uncomfortable and honestly made me question the salon’s professionalism. A salon should be a relaxing place, but hearing workplace gossip made it feel anything but. While my stylist did a good job, the experience as a whole wasn’t enjoyable. I hope management addresses this, as a more positive and professional environment would make a big difference.

The staff here is great! From the front desk to the trained hair stylists and barbers! I’ve always walked in not worrying who I will meet because everyone and image creator will give you their time and patience until you have the hair cut you want. They are also great at translating my horrible description of how I want my hair.
